INTERIOR
This two-story apartment can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The whole place was completely renovated and decorated with modern taste, with special concern for prime choice comforts and amenities. Every room is filled with natural light, thanks to the many large windows and the high ceilings, and the wonderful parquet floors donate a warm and welcoming feel to all the apartment's areas. Entering the apartment, you'll find the bright and airy living area, consisting of a fully equipped new kitchen, featuring everything you may need to cook your own Italian meals, and a dining table for six. The living room area features two comfortable sofas, one of which turns into a spacious double bed, a closet, and flat-screen TV. At this level, we also find a modern, recently redone bathroom, with a shower. From the living area, you'll also have access to a lovely balcony, equipped with a folding table and chairs: a relaxing outdoor space where to enjoy a glass of wine or breakfast in the morning. A wooden staircase leads up to the bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the very top floor, just beneath the rooftop, and features a wonderful queen-size bed, a storage area, and a newly renovated modern bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also very bright and cozy, features a couple of single beds and a mirrored closet.

When you arrive you feel comfortable with the building since it is new
We were checked in and given tips on where to go and eat and do things
The rooms are big and the apartment has two full bathrooms and when traveling with kids it makes the difference unlike other places
The location is superb in a quiet neighborhood close to a taxi stand, supermarket, coffee shop and above all a park with a bar yes you can go hang out and get a big drink for a price of 1 and relax
This place is amazing and a must repeat

This was a wonderful apartment to rent! It was very clean, air conditioning in every room and excellent location. The management company is very responsive. I would recommend this to everyone we know and if ever in Florence would stay here again!

Nice location, tidy appartment, good space and services. The appartment is located on walking distance from the city centre.

Nice and newly refurbished apartment, near the city center but outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone). As so, it is easy to reach by car (but there isn't free parking nearby). Within a 15 minutes walk you reach the most iconic spots of Florence.
It has all the amenities that you need for a brief vacation. And it has elevator!
Very good option up to 4 persons (the living room has no blinds, so it is not easy to sleep on the sofa bed).
We rent by "Apartments Florence". The site offers clear information. The communication (by email and telephone) was always easy and prompt. The process of rental and the documentation is a little bit extensive but reflects the professionalism of the agency (be aware of the late check-in fees and the responsibility to remove the rubbish from the apartment). Very good welcome by Andrea in the check-in.
We will rent again with them!
