The property is part of an estate with roots dating back to the year 1000. Originally established as a convent along the Via Francigena, the complex to which the villa belongs was later converted into a still-thriving farm producing various high-quality products.
Villa Francigena with swimming pool is a long rectangular stone building spread over two levels. The villa overlooks a large garden and the splendid pool, which is accessed via a double-flight stone staircase. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a beautiful loggia that houses a dining table for enjoying delicious meals "alfresco", as well as a lounge area for relaxation.
