BY CAR From Florence, take the A11 motorway toward Pisa/Lucca. After about 65 km, take the "Lucca Ovest" exit toward Viareggio/Genova. After about 19 km, take the "Viareggio-Camaiore" exit onto the A12 toward Genova, then take the "Versilia" exit after about 8 km. Total drive time from Florence is approximately 1 hour 15-30 minutes.
BY TRAIN Take a train to Pietrasanta or Querceta station (served by high-speed lines from Florence and Milan), then a short taxi ride to the villa.
BY PLANE The nearest airport is Pisa (PSA), about 35-45 km away, roughly 35-40 minutes by car. Florence Airport (FLR) is about 90-100 km away, approximately 1-1.5 hours by car.
