The whole place was completely restored and redecorated combining modern and design style with prime choice amenities and elegant details. Entering the apartment, you'll find the very bright and spacious open-space living area, consisting of a wonderful super modern kitchen, fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your favorite meals, a designed dining table with chairs, and a living room area with a cozy sofa-bed and Flat Screen TV. A glass staircase leads upstairs, where the bedroom is set. A wonderful, bright, and welcoming atmosphere awaits you in the bedroom, filled with natural light and with marvelous light wooden floors. The bedroom features a couple of single beds, which upon request can be united to form a nice and comfortable queen-size bed, a dresser, and night tables. The wonderful, newly renovated bathroom is very spacious and bright and features a large walk-in shower.

26/10/2016 - Feeling like we live here!
When you want to be away from the tourist throngs, but still close enough to enjoy the city, this is the place! Just a 10-15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palace, with a choice of food markets near by makes it an good base from which to explore. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. And did I mention the view? The local hills and treetops can be seen from the living room and bedroom. It is away from nightlife and tends to be quiet. The only small drawback is the very convenient trash bins on the road can mean trash trucks some mornings. But, with air conditioning in the summer, it was not a problem! All in all, we would stay here again.
20/10/2015 - Culture and ice cream all around you
Florence is beautiful and is within walking distance of this apartment.but buses run regularly. The apartment is on the second floor so be prepared to use the stairs a lot. The apartment has everything one could need (including a tin opener now) and is an excellent base. Florence is a city of culture but be warned - be prepared to queue! Even with advanced booking it was 20 minutes to get into the Uffizi. You should not leave without trying the gellato, which can be expensive but is utterly delicious. Pisa and Sienna are within easy train journeys and worthy of a visit.
