The location of this apartment was perfect. It is ten fifteen minutes walking away from Piazza de Republica and Santa Maria Novella train station. We were students staying for one month for a summer course and the location of the apartment was perfect because it was only 5 minutes away and we crossed the La Carraia bridge every morning and enjoyed the lovely weather. The apartment had everything we needed. The only downside was that there was construction work near the apartment and there was no hot water in the last week of our stay. I think this was the issue we faced. Upon arrival, The floor was a little dusty and some dishes were unclean so we washed them ourselves. If we had a dishwasher that would have been very helpful. At night, you could hear the sound of people talking and laughing. But overall, I would recommend this place.
