21/05/2015 - Lovely apartment, great location.
The location was perfect. Within walking distance of train station, shops and tourist attractions. Great size with lovely furniture. We stayed with another couple and it was great for the 4 of us. Only down fall was the noise from outside at nights but apart from that it was perfect.
04/02/2015 - A comfortable apartment in a fantastic location in heart of Florence.
"Apartments Florence" provided an excellent service. They were professional, prompt and reliable.
The apartment was charming, spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped, especially the kitchen which had a most comprehensive and useful range of cooking implements. Unfortunately there was no microwave but this was probably due to the fragility of the electricity supply which frequently blew a fuse eg if we tried to use the jug and the dishwasher at the same time. There were maintenance issues with the kitchen in terms of cleanliness of the pots and pans, the malfunction of two of the four gas rings on the stove and the washing machine which was unusable because of thick black mould and slime covering, and embedded in, the door seal.
The apartment's location was fantastic and we were easily able to walk to all the major attractions. Also the C2 bus route was right outside the door and great for ease of access from the main train station (SMNovella). A Conad's supermarket was just a short walk away and satisfied all our food and grocery shopping needs.
We were very happy with our two weeks at 96 Ghibellina and would certainly stay there again.
