The whole place has been completely renovated in 2015 and re-decorated with great taste and attention to comfort and details. The entrance opens onto the living area, luminous and cozy, featuring a couple of sofas, flat-screen TV, round dining table and desk. 23/08/2018 - appartement très fonctionnel près du ponte Vecchio
Un appartement très propre et bien équipé, avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain, et un salon agréable. La localisation est exceptionnelle, " de l'autre côté de l'Arno", dans un quartier un peu moins touristique, à une minute du Ponte Vecchio, et 10mn du Palazzo Vecchio, des Offices, en traversant; à 3mn du Palazzo Pitti ! De nombreux restaurants authentiques (clientèle en bonne partie italienne) : sur la petite place della Passera, à 100m de l'immeuble (5e Cinque, Osteria Toscanella) ou devant le palais Pitti (enoteca Pitti Gola e cantina, Osteria dell'enoteca). Pour un apéritif en retrait, avec vue imprenable sur le Ponte Vecchio, Osteria Ponte Vecchio. Zone ZTL mais possibilité de se garer dans le parking voisin "lungarno" (petite ristourne pour un séjour de 5 journées, même si ça reste très cher, mais c'est LA solution de tranquillité). Gestion impeccable, très professionnelle, par l'agence ApartmentsFlorence. Nous recommandons fortement !

We were four people staying at a flat close to Boboli gardens. From there it was a short walk to the other side of the river and shops and restaurants were on your doorstep. The staff at Apartments Florence were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great time. Only didadvantage was the level of noise during the night. But I guess that's what you have to expect when staying in the middle of town in an Italian city.
