Beautiful Decoration

Clean and provided enough towel and two shower gel
Washing machine dish washer
glasses plate and all you need for cooking and eating is provided but we never used them
You need telephone for picking a key be prepared if you travel from overseas
The rooms are a bit noisy since its not double glaze
at the time was contraction on upstairs starts 7:45 in morning so better to book for weekend which is off work
Wifi speed was a bit slow

This apartment suited our needs in Florence. It was spacious, quiet, central for our needs, clean and comfortable. The only issue is the electricity. Too many appliances and the fuse trips. This in our experience is a common problem in Florence and is not a criticism if this apartment.

We loved this apartment. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and then return to the "Oltrarno" in the evening for a quieter more authentic Florence experience. The apartment was very clean and everything was in working order. The one day we had a problem with the heater we called and they were able to help us handle the situation quickly. The only real negative with the apartment was the noise late in the evening. There are a couple of bars down Sprone that get a little loud. Not the end of the world for us but something to take into consideration.
