The apartment is located in an old mansion that has been completely renovated, but retains traces of its noble origins. The property, has 1 parking space assigned to the apartment which is accessed from the main entrance. There is also a secondary access from a neighboring street, but only pedestrian. Fanti Apartment is located in the right side of the villa on the fist floor (no elevator).

INTERIOR
Fanti apartment is a very quiet and light-floode apartment. As soon as we enter we are greeted by the very modern and fully equipped kitchen. The long counter allows ample space for preparing delicious meals or eating light breakfasts. The beautiful wooden table with 4 seats lends an atmosphere of conviviality and warmth. Completing the space is the laundry corner that houses a state-of-the-art refrigerator and washer and dryer.
Through a small hallway we meet on the left a bathroom complete with shower that introduces the sleeping area. The master bedroom houses a capacious walk-in closet and ends with a lovely little balcony overlooking the courtyard in front of the villa.

On the right side of the house there is the magnificent master bathroom lined with fine materials and with a very large shower. Next is the magnificent living area flooded with natural light and furnished with great taste and elegance.
Stuccoes and architectural elements with an antique flavor are mixed in perfect balance with designer furnishings.
The magnificent custom-built bookcase is an added value to the room and creates a cozy atmosphere.

The apartment offers split heating and air conditioning. It also has TV and wireless internet access.
