Maid Service

Some of our guests prefer to have a professional staff taking care of the cleaning of their apartments while they enjoy their days out in Florence.

The cost per hour for the extra cleaning is of 22 euros (vat 22% included). It's important to let us know how many hours you want the service for. The minimum is 2 hours.

Although it's up to our clients to request how many hours they want the service for (respecting the minimum), here is an idea of how many hours of cleaning an apartment usually takes. (timing may vary)

Studio and one bedroom apartments: 2 hours
Two and three bedroom apartments: from 2 to 3 hours
Four and five bedroom apartments: from 3 to 5 hours

- We need a specific day of the week you want the service and a period of the day you prefer us to do the service (morning or afternoon). We will strive to provide the service at the day and time of your choice and send you a confirmation. If not possible we will send an option of day and time before confirming the service.
- Let us know if you want the sheets and/or towels to be changed or not.

Delivery to the apartment: 30€

When an extra cleaning service is requested with additional linen the delivery cost won't be added. Linen can be also collected for free from our central depot after appointment during working hours.


Rules and Conditions:
- Minimum 3 days of notice in advance to confirm or cancel the service.
- Payment must be done via credit card or paypal.

Tips are encouraged, but, obviously, entirely up to our clients and their satisfaction with the service provided.
