Valet Parking Service
If you are coming by car to Florence we kindly ask you to be fully aware of the driving and parking restrictions in Florence. For that matter, please, visit this link we have prepared specifically for guests like you.

Informations of driving and parking
Rates for private garages will start from 25 euros per day and can go as high as 40, for regular-sized cars. Luxury or large cars will be more expensive.
We do not book parking spots in Florence city center. However, we have teamed up with a private garage outside the city center and with whom we can book the Valet service for your car.
The Valet parking service works 365 days a year, from 7am to midnight.
The cost is 30 euros per day, to be paid in advance via credit card, bank transfer or paypal.
If you wish to book this service please answer to this email and we will give you specific instructions of where to go and what to do when you arrive in the city..
During your stay, if you need to use the car, you will have to call them and they will arrive in 20 minutes (tops) at your address.
The communication with the Valet can be done via email as well, in case you don't have a working phone. However, the response time might be not as fast.
We will provide the Valet service contacts (address, email and phone number) once you confirm the request for this service, with the specific dates you want.
Rules and Conditions:
- Minimum 3 days in advance notice to confirm or cancel the service.
- The garage is open from 7am to midnight. Outside these hours is closed.
- Payment must be done via credit card or paypal, before arrival. Bank transfers only when more than a week before arrival.
Tips are encouraged, but, obviously, entirely up to our clients and their satisfaction with the service provided.

We will then send you the confirmation email with all the necessary details of the requested service.
