09/07/2018 - great location, average property

Everything Florence has to offer is at your fingertips: we enjoyed exploring the historical landmarks and lively restaurants and bars, all within short walking distance. The property itself needs updating: furniture and appliances are very old, and a fresh coat of paint is badly needed. Actually the dishwasher was broken when we arrived, the management company replaced it in a reasonable time frame though. We also had issues with hot water, the management company handled these after some back and forth. Overall, the rating reflects the location and the quality of service provided by the management company, rather than what the property offers in amenities. If we were to stay here again, we would insist that all the amenities are in order as advertised.

The apartment is quite spacious for two and conveniently located - short walk to the Duomo. Has a comfortable bedroom and living room, and a nice kitchen if you want to prepare meals. We used the washer once for a few items. Not that easy to hang clothes out the window to dry, but we managed. The shower did not drain well, and thus we could not take consecutive showers (or long showers). The basin next to the washer did not drain at all, which made it inconvenient to hand wash clothes. When I contacted Apartments Florence about the lack of drainage, I did not get a response at all. :( If the shower drainage had been attended to, I would give the apartment a higher rating.

06/08/2014 - Follow your heart and do your art ��

Living in Florence for 7 months has been enjoyable and a journey of discovery - The apartment has become my home away from home - comforting and pleasurable. Cozy and very distinctively Italian - with amenities that make the stay very convenient. One of the highlights was turning into the street, Via della Pergola, and the tempo and sound decreased noticeably giving you that relaxed feeling away from the tight active busy streets of Firenze. Highly recommended, my only drawback is there is no silkscreen to keep the mosquitos away with the warm months of summer. And most notable were the Apartment Florence personnel who were very accommodating to my stay completely. Grazie mille for everything.

23/12/2013 - Roomy and well-equipped, convenient location

I enjoyed staying at this roomy apartment in central Flroence only 5 minutes from the Duomo and 5 minutes to Santa Croce. Well-equipped kitchen with oven and 4-burner stove. The only things needed were a sharp kitchen knife and a table lamp--both of which apartments in Florence supplied at my request. However, I would have preferred a place higher up since the aprtment received verry little direct sunlight, though it had plenty of windows. The only problem was at check-in waiting over half an hour on the street before someone showed up with the keys.
