23/10/2016 - Large apartment in great location
This apartment was in a very central location to restaurants, shops, transport and major attractions. It had a few minor maintenance issues but a good size for my husband and I to stay in for our 4 days in Florence. Wifi was very good as was hot water for the shower. The staff at Florence Apartments were extremely helpful both before we arrived and during the check-in.

Very pleasant stay at this property. It had everything I needed, and I was very comfortable. The check-in attendent was very pleasant too. I highly recommend this property and agent.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was centrally situated and handy to the railway station, but in reasonably quiet surroundings for a city apartment. Like most old buildings there is no lift so be prepared for several flights of stairs. We were very happy with the apartment. Our only problem was that, despite giving an exact arrival time, as requested by the agency, we were kept waiting in the street for over an hour to receive the keys. This is by far the longest wait in our many years of renting apartments.

I was booked in with Apartments Florence as part of a yoga retreat. The staff were super friendly and gave me a bottle of wine and a map that highlighted areas of interest. The property was in a non tourist area of Florence that I loved. The decor, location to amenities, was perfect. It was what I was seeking for my vacation. I highly recommend.

One of very few apartments in this price range that actually has adequate comfortable chairs for the number of occupants it proposes to cater for. Everything as advertised on Internet. Shower perhaps a little small for some people. Very clean. Great location. Stairs weren't too bad as we only came and went once a day. Apartment block quiet but as expected in a location like this there was noise from the street. Was actually interesting seeing / hearing how the area around you functioned.
