The whole place was completely renovated and redecorated with great taste and attention to detail: a very warm and welcoming feeling permeates every room, thanks to the wonderful high ceilings with exposed beams, the beautiful wooden floors, and the rustic yet elegant style of the furniture.

Great experience from booking through check out. Great location - would book and stay here again for any visit to Florence. Execellent service and communication. I slept awesome in Master bedroom! Can't believe the price for this place! Would have thought it cost double what I was charged.

I booked with 2 weeks to spare before travelling having been let down by my air bnb booking. This trip was a present to my recently retired parents and it was very important to me that everything ran smoothly and my parents had a real treat. I found Apartments Florence online and called them direct (beware expensive phone bills from the mobile I was stung!)
Nicolo couldn't have been more helpful and immediately made me feel my problem would be solved. Booking with Apartments Florence couldn't have been easier. I paid a deposit and the balance on arrival.
The apartment was as described and we had a lovely greeting from Francesco.
It's in a great position for sight seeing and for the station.
The only negatives were that the air con was a bit unreliable in bedroom 2 and that room also does not have a window but these were small issues given the assets of the place and the piece of mind knowing we were dealing with a reputable company.
I would recommend Apartments Florence and hope to return.
