Very convenient location and safe building - good services and welcoming agency! Would recommend others to use to make stay in florence easier.

very good apartment only thing that could be better is to put the A/C in the bedroom or at least a fan. Another wise really good apartment and we would stay here again.

Everything is fairly new and works well. The bathroom is narrow but ok. The little balcony is very good to have. The heat was not turned on for the first few days, but no problem, they got to it. Return of deposit took about two weeks, but came through correctly. The location is good in several ways: away from the big tourist mobs, near the central market building, several good restaurants nearby (one just across the street), 10 minute walk to the duomo.
