I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and loved it. Great location, very close to everything, food shopping, restaurants, sights etc. The apartment was quiet with no street noise. The only time there was noise was from the people renting the apartments above over Christmas/New Year. Given it was winter the central heating was extremely efficient. The apartment was well equipped with microwave, pots, pans, tableware etc. As the apartment is relatively new, all appliance were clean and worked well. I loved the little terrace and being able to go outside. The Wi-Fi worked really well with no problems.
If I had to suggest anything, maybe a long mirror on the inside of the bathroom door and perhaps a stainless steel mobile kitchen trolley with a chopping board as there is very little bench space and non perishable food storage areas, but this isn't a problem for short term renters.
I would certainly stay here again and can't wait to return to Florence.
