15/03/2018 - Excellent location
The only downside to this apartment is that the kitchen is very narrow, small, hard to navigate. Other than that, on a quiet street in one of the most convenient and best neighborhoods of historic section of Florence. A 17 minute walk gets you anywhere in town. Up one short flight of stairs. Very clean, functional, two windows in the living/dining room, one in bedroom overlooking the inner alley. Good for 2 people at most. Unless you're really good friends or don't mind your children being really close. Bathroom is ok, plenty of hot water, heated towel racks, one person at a time. Parione is near everything, including many nice shops right on the street. 5 minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, 10 minutes to grocery store, 2 minutes from the Arno and pharmacy, easy walk to all historic icons.
07/10/2017 - Perfect city sanctuary
Parione is located in a perfect spot in Florence. 5 mins walk into the best the city has to offer, but just off the tourist trap, so it feels much more authentic. I was staying in the appartment alone, but felt totally safe walking back to the apartment late at night The space was perfect for 1 or 2 visitors with a beautiful sitting room, full of eclectic art, and all the mod coms you need. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment, so totally peaceful and again well equipped. The shower room is typical of Italy: very small, but clean and with loads of hot water. I didn't use the kitchen, why would you with Florence on your door step. It again was small but looked to have everything you would need. The welcome team were lovely and hosts really flexible for me when I booked last minute. Thanks to all.
30/07/2015 - Great location and apartment
The apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Signoria and other touristic attractions. It's on the first floor so you won't have issues with luggage or if you travel with elderly people. There are cool restaurants on the Parione street. The apartment itself is super well equipped and you will find everything you need- from champagne glasses to candles :) AC works fine and there is not much noise, like we heard about Firenze. We really felt like home there, and we hope more people will try it :)
