24/09/2014 - Great loft in central Florence
The apartment is a very good size, spacious with high windows. The bed is comfortable and shower is great. The location is very good, you can see Duomo from the window and it is a short walk to piazza Della Republica. Jacopo met me on my arrival, and allowed me to do a late check in, as I arrived in Florence at 10pm. A bottle of red was left on the table, and the host took into consideration my preferences for bed linens when preparing the bed. The service was great, the apartment is equipped with everything you may need. For me this apartment was perfect, but when booking, it is important to know that the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without elevator, therefore a lot of stairs to climb every day. Other than that, very good, cozy place to stay in Florence.

This apartment is centrally located, close to the Duomo, and has everything you need at your finger tips.
It's a great base for exploring this beautiful city.
The only caution is that this property is up 5 flights of stairs, so it's a great workout!

Laura Red is worth the climb up the steps to the 5th floor! The views of Florence are amazing! The loft style apartment has great space and layout.. I only have two negatives to report. The bedding was average and caused me an allergy episode as I am hypersensitive to dust and I had difficulty getting the washing machine to work properly. If not for these two issues, this place is 5 star excellent and I will rent it again.

I stayed in Via Laura 10 for almost 2 weeks and I loved everything. I deffinitily would stay there another time and recomend it to everyone who goes to Florence, except if he/she has a problem with the stairs, because there`s a good climb to reach the apartment...
