The kitchen is directly connected to the living room and is fully equipped and brand new. The kitchen has access to the lovely outdoor patio: a corner of heaven featuring a nice iron table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy moments of pure relaxation outside.
The staircase leads from the living area to the marvelous master bedroom, very spacious and welcoming, also thanks to the exposed wooden beams in the ceilings. The apartment has a lovely lived in feel to it. The location is ideal - near to shops - supermarket and all the major tourist sites.
No problem to get a taxi to the train station.

19/02/2017 - Great apartment right in the heart of Florence
Family of 3, stayed for 45 nights in the Fiore apartment. Great safe location, only a couple of minutes walk in a straight direction up the street to the Duomo and within walking distance to all other major sights including many supermarkets, (Conad supermarket down the street), the Mercato Centrale and the train station, Santa Maria Novella. Many great restaurants and eateries abound. The apartment was a good size for 3, tastefully furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. Good sized bathroom, shower was a bit small but still adequate. Apartment has 2 levels. Downstairs; living area (including double sofa bed), kitchen and walk out small balcony. Upstairs; very large spacious bedroom with queen bed, large cupboard and chests of drawers as well as the bathroom. Wifi was poor which was disappointing as one of our party was in Florence for study purposes, however Apartments Florence were terrific in their attempts to rectify this. I am sure they will improve this in the future. There is some occasional noise from the restaurant next door, (good restaurant - excellent food). Apartments Florence were fantastic with the level of service, attention and expertise they provided. From the initial booking right up to check out, they were professional and on top of things in every way. There were a few very minor maintenance issues along the way and after contacting them they were right on to things and quick to rectify. Thank you Apartments Florence.
16/11/2016 - A tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Florence.
The Cioni family, next door, made us feel welcome and immediately at home during our six-month stay in Firenze. This is a 2-level apartment with an outside patio. The kitchen, dining and living area are on the lower, and the spacious bedroom is up the staircase. The apartment faces an enclosed courtyard.
