23/01/2016 - Beautiful apartment very central
Great sized apartment and close to everything. Easily walk most places. Check in and out a breeze. Was met promptly after ringing to say we'd arrived as per the instructions. Close to train station and many restaurants close by. Good washing machine and large bedroom area with room to dry clothes and place suitcases on benches. Heating and wifi worked really well. Welcome bottle of wine from the region a nice touch. Hairdryer good quality as was bedding and pillows. Would stay again if visiting Florence again. Very helpful staff and all emails answered promptly. Photos true indication of room.
18/07/2015 - Wonderful modernized apartment in central Florence
We stayed in this wonderful spacious, quiet 1 bedroom apartment for 1 week. It was on the 1st floor with a/c, dish washer, clothes washer. Location was in a wonderful shopping area, convenient to a central sites in Florence and to the train station. apartment florence is very well organized and has a wonderful, helpful App especially for those (unlike us) who have not been to Florence before.
08/02/2015 - Perfect gem in the heart of Florence
We stayed in the one bedroom apartment for 5 nights and had a wonderful stay and experience in Florence. The apartment is perfectly located and do easy to walk to all attractions. The apartment is located in a little via which was very quest at night and we didn't have any noisy neighbours. A supermarket was close by and likewise good quality and well priced restaurants. The facilities within the apartment we perfect for what you would need and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel room. The apartment had been renovated recently which was a bonus and the shower was very comfortable. Especially after a long day sightseeing and having the comfort of a living room and option to cook meals. We only cooked breakfast as we were tempted to try as many different restaurants located around us. The check in process was easy and we were met within minutes upon arriving overall the company were very professional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with two flights of stairs, which was no problem for us. The major train station is less than a 10min walk from the apartment. We had no issues during our stay and we can't wait to come back to Florence. We will definitely stay in the apartment again.
28/10/2014 - Chic pied a terre in GREAT location
Fairly spacious for a one bedroom in the heart of Florence, modern, clean and very comfortable. Large closet space and washer in apartment. Easy walk to anywhere and surrounded by great restaurants. Only drawback we experienced was the air conditioner was out for repair so we slept with windows open, which was fine for temperature comfort but were bitten by Italian mosquitos during the night :(
Also, would have loved another pillow for each of us.
