The property is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a historical building on a typical Florentine pedestrian street bustling with tourist traffic. Despite this, the apartment is relatively quiet.
Upon entering the flat, a spacious entrance hall leads to the warm and inviting living room where your gaze is immediately captured by the commanding view of Brunelleschi’s Cupola and Giotto’s Bell Tower through the large windows. Lots of natural light floods into the living room and the adjoining fully equipped and modern open kitchen, where an elegant dark wooden table and four leather chairs face the view.
A windowed corridor links the living room area with the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The view of Florence’s cathedral dominates the wall beside the double bed, in front of which a large dresser and closet offer ample storage space.
From the living room, wooden stairs lead up to a mezzanine floor where a large room with a sofa bed may be used as a second bedroom with the option of having two twin beds or combining them into a double bed. **This second bedroom space is separate and very private, despite the fact that it is not a closed off individual room. Through the roof window the Duomo and Bell Tower remain ever present. A closet room connects this room to the second bathroom upstairs.
For a truly Florentine experience, this comfortable yet stylish apartment and its privileged location will ensure an unforgettable stay!

18/06/2018 - Perfect apartment for a long stay in Florence
Great central location at the end the Borgo degli Albizi, near Santa Croce and the Sant'Ambrogio Market. Large apartment with two floors, two baths and open plan living and entertaining area. The bright, fully appointed kitchen with built in wine cooler and cool view of the Duomo sold me. This was my second long term stay for work (I teach). I wanted a place where I could invite my students and colleague over for a couple of home cooked meals, and have friends come and visit.
25/07/2017 - Beautiful apartment
Perfectly located in the historic district. EVERY site you want to see is within a 15 min (or less) walk. So many restaurants/shops/ marketplaces/ATMs/ gelato stores and all conveniently located. The apt is as pictured, spotless and well equiped. The biggest challenge is the stairs..74! But well worth the walk up.
20/10/2016 - Magnificent apartment
wonderful location, beautiful views from every window. Modern and well equipped. Absolutely love this place, its our second 4 week stay and can't wait to book our third trip. Close to all major conveniences and attractions, yet the street is very quiet. It is however 74 steps up to the apartment......even after 4 weeks, the last flight was tough for us and we walk a lot, so just keep that in mind.
19/09/2016 - Excellent location with a breathtaking view of Brunelleschi's dome!
Just a three-minute walk from Borgo degli Albizzi 6 to Piazza del Duomo. The location is excellent and the apartment is comfy and clean.
31/08/2016 - "Sold" on using Apartments Florence
Our fabulous trip to Florence was anchored by staying at this wonderful two bedroom apartment. Central location on a quiet street despite a small trattoria next door that quit at 11pm. We'd hear conversation from the outdoor patio but it was reasonable. There are four flights of stairs but it's worth it for the views! Two bedrooms at either end of the apartment provide privacy. Good for families of up to four. In suite laundry a huge help. Full kitchen. We'd stay again in the future.
