The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people given its two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed and laundry facilities. Well furnished and complete with modern appliances and a wonderful terrace. The living/lounge area is illuminated by wonderful natural light and is complete with a full-size sofa bed. From here you can access the spacious outdoor terrace. This tranquil outdoor space overlooks the interior of the building, offering a peaceful escape from the chaos of city life. The recently renovated modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. The bedrooms are both spacious, quiet, and feature high ceilings. The lovely furnished master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined together.

22/01/2018 - A clean, comfortable and centrally located 1st floor apartment
A not too long walk from the station and up one flight of stairs, this place is well appointed and comfortable. The attached outdoor terrace would be great in warmer weather. Duomo and Accademia are very close.

The location of the appartment is great, only few minutes walking from the Duomo and the Great Synagogue. The big terrasse was a nice plus although we didn't enjoy it as much as we wanted to because it was too cold... the appartment is quite comfortable, except for the people who have to sleep on the sofa (there's noise in the morning and the bed is quite small), but a part from that all went well! The personal is very available and both the check-in and the check-out went smoothly!
I recommend it for a small group or a family!

Very convenient place to stay - close to the Duomo and main places of interest. Lots of places to est and drink nearby. Apartment is very quiet considering location in centre of city. The courtyard is a real asset to this apartment. Bit of a problem with ants in the kitchen and one bedroom could do with some tlc. Overall a very good place to stay.
04/03/2017 - Alfani Terrace is a great apt
We loved the apartment. It was perfectly located 2 blocks from the Duomo and allowed us to get everywhere by walking. The apartment was clean, roomy, and comfortable. We loved having the terrace and felt very much at home. The only downside was the poor wifi but we understand this is an issue in most home wifi setups.
