19/03/2018 - Fantastic apartment!
This apartment was recently completely updated. The kitchen would be a dream in a full/time living space. The bathroom with the tub and shower was the bathroom of my dreams! Every detail was attractively thought out. The beds were extremely comfortable. My only less positive comment is that the shower-only bathroom with the master bedroom was really tiny and out of keeping with the spaciousness of the apartment. The location was very convenient, the neighborhood offered great restaurants, and the price was very reasonable. Note, the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator which was not an issue for us.
01/01/2018 - Cosy apartments just a short walk from Ponte Vecchio
We stayed 5 nights at this property in December 2017. At first glance, we were a bit startled as the entrance to the apartment block is on a road with a very narrow pedestrian sidewalk. With our 3 children and 4 suitcases in tow, it was a bit difficult waiting on the narrow strip of sidewalk for the property agent representative to let us in. Secondly, when we were shown in, there was no lift as was informed earlier. The steps were rather narrow and we had to go up 2 floors with the suitcases. A bit of an exercise but we managed to get it done with some help! The apartment itself is cosy, well-equipped and comfortable for 4-5 persons. We had all that we required, i.e. washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hot water, heating etc. Location of this apartment is definitely a major plus point. Grocery shop is 5 minutes away, and there is a delightful coffee joint just across the road. Restaurants are also very close by, and to get to the main attractions on foot is easy. One shortfall is that we had only one pillow each. There is an option to have extra pillows sent to your apartment for a fee, but we feel this should be a given. Just our thoughts. We were impressed with the maintenance team who came promptly when we had a small issue with the overflowing shower trap. This was fixed the same day we reported the problem. Overall, we had a good stay at this apartment.

Very good location for this charming flat. Nice area with great coffee lovers on the street. The appartement was very nice renovated , lovely furniture. Property was excellent and services as well.
07/09/2017 - Great Location, Great Apartment
Newly renovated apartment with nice bathrooms, air conditioning, and new appliances. Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of the city. Highly recommend. Water pressure could be better and linens were a little course.
