09/06/2018 - Outstanding Rental Experience

I lived in apartments in Florence for many years. This is the first time I rented however, replacing the use of hotels for my yearly visits. This apartment is located a few blocks from the Mercato Centrale and a very short distance to the Duomo and the center of the old city. The rental was completed through ApartmentsFlorence. It . This agency is outstanding. First, the descriptions and the photographs were completely accurate. What you see and read is what you will find in the apartment. The check-in was simple, assistance with a minor issue while in residence was rapid and checkout and transport to the airport was seamless. The cost was well below a daily charge for a hotel. I will rent this apartment in the future and will use ApartmentsFlorence. It for future bookings.

29/05/2018 - Lovely, Cozy & Spacious

Centrally located between the Central Market and Piazza San Marco, this lovely, quiet and spacious apartment was a comfortable home for three months. The kitchen was well equipped, the living room and two bedrooms very comfortable, and the bathrooms were terrific. Ideal for a couple with visitors or a small family.

16/11/2017 - Simply perfect

We (my husband and I) stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks and we loved it. Super clean, warm, furnished with style and spacious. Very comfy beds. You really feel like you are at home! The owner is a very nice lady that we got to meet a few times and offered us good wine and excellent advice on where to go to eat out! The apartment is very central, just a few minutes away from the main attractions of the city and close to a few bakery shops where every morning we got to buy the best croissants and warm bread. We went out often at night after dinner and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The area is just residential so it is very quite even thou the apt. is in the historical center of the city. We have been to Florence several times but this was the best experience we ever had. Highly recommended. We will use again this apt next spring!

16/11/2017 - Stunning Florentine home away from home

My husband and I and two friends booked this beautiful apartment for our weeklong stay in Florence and Tuscany. Because it said it was only a 10 minute walk from the train station, we used it as our base to travel around Florence and Tuscany. It was a wise decision. The apartment is perfectly located. It’s a 5 minute walk to San Marco, Piazza Annunziata, and the Accademia, and a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and train station. It’s in a safe residential neighborhood that has darling restaurants (a great pizzeria- Fuoco Matto!!) and a yummy bakery! And it’s 3 minutes to Mercato Centrale, where we walked daily to get our groceries for the lunch or evening meal!! But the best part is really the apartment itself. Its stunning frescoes ceilings, gorgeous light fixtures, wonderful kitchen (we love to cook and the stove is almost professional!!), wood floors, and cozy bedrooms made it such a homey yet beautiful place to stay. It doesn’t feel like a tourist apartment but like a real home. We also ran into the owner once... a darling Florentine woman who was sweet and welcoming. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip to Florence!
