The entire place has just been renovated and completely redecorated with simple, sober and functional taste: a very soothing, bright and airy atmosphere for your senses to enjoy and peacefully rest. Entering the apartment you'll find the spacious living area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast counter, and featuring anything you may need to cook your own Italian pasta during your Florentine stay. The living /dining room is also very bright and spacious, featuring a large dining table for six and a double super cozy sofa bed and flat screen TV. This apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to its two bedrooms and to the comfortable sofa-bed. The master bedroom, airy and light-colored, features a double bed and a dresser, whereas the second bedroom features a couple of single beds and a large closet. The bathroom has also been recently redone and features a spacious walk-in shower.

23/07/2016 - Beautiful, modern apartment
Very clean, spacious and modern apartment, perfect for family of 5. Like in most cases in Italy, be prepared to haul suitcases up one flight of stairs at least, but we coped fine. An older couple would struggle though. I think the host would be happy to help out on arrival though. The host gave very clear directions to main attractions, restaurants, ect. He was very friendly and easy to understand.

This was a very functional and roomy space for our family of 4 including 2x teenagers. There is a large living/dining area and a small, but very functional kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is small but newly renovated. We found the apartment very cosy in the middle of winter. Our host greeted us and orientated us to all the workings of the apartment which was very helpful and helped us get connected to the wi-fi. There is a great supermarket nearby if you want to self cater. We were very appreciative of the great service provided, including a lovely bottle of wine on arrival and the ordering of a taxi on check out. Unfortunately the washing machine broke down during our stay but it was a minor inconvenience and again the response to our maintenance call was prompt and helpful. We would recommend this apartment to others looking for a clean,warm and convenient location. Thank you for our lively stay in Florence.
18/11/2015 - Great location, well equipped kitchen, clean, spacious apartment.
We found this a very pleasant place to stay for 12 days. Three ladies and we did some cooking in the very functional kitchen. Nice space in dining / living room and good beds.
We suggest some furniture be added: coat rack in entry, coffee table and chest of drawers in living room, and a place to hang clothes in the queen bedroom.
