INTERIOR
The apartment opens to a large hallway with storage space and flows through to the main living area made up of a fully equipped kitchen, small dining area and a spacious lounge with a sofa-bed, TV and storage space. Two large windows allow plenty of natural light in during the day. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and storage space with a small window that looks onto an internal, private courtyard and the bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

07/07/2018 - Rosa Ricciolo fell short
My experience with Apartments Florence was excellent. Professional, credible, user-friendly website and staff. I would use Apartments Florence again and would recommend them to friends and family. I would not however, choose Rosa Piccolo. Let me be clear, the location was great, internet was lightening fast, air conditioning worked wonderfully which was appreciated due to the really hot weather when visiting. What I did not like was that the apartment is in need of a "deep" clean. Floors were dirty, cabinets and drawers were dirty and overall not inviting. The bed was comfortable, sheets clean, cheap towels-but were clean, so I guess overall my basic expectations were met. Good value for the money, but would consider spending a little more for a better experience. Oh, by the way, take off the disclaimer that the apartment has access to a private courtyard, while true, it was cluttered, dirty, totally not guest usable and where the apartment kept the building washing machines. Not usable at all and very misleading.
25/01/2018 - Good Apartment
The location was great because is very near Piazza Santa Croce, one of the main piazzas in florence. Then we had a lot of restaurants, clubs, shops, etc around. The apartment is very nice but when is cold outside the heater doesn't work that well for the dimensions of apartment. But overall was a very good holiday and the apartment is perfect for 2. I recommend it in summer because it has AC, on spring or autumn . But for winter they need to change the heater system :)

Thank you we had a lovely stay. The apartment was in a very good area for walking around the city. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were woken at 4am on our first night by passers by ringing the doorbell unfortunately. Other than that we would book again!
