26/01/2015 - Cute apartment in a superb location

I’ve had several stays with Apartments Florence and I’m always impressed with the service. This time I stayed in Pinzochere 2dx which has had a stunning renovation recently and included everything you could want for a medium term stay. Santa Croce is my favourite part of Florence and it’s perfectly located for sightseeing, food, drinks and shopping. During my week I took the opportunity to buy some fresh produce from the local market and cooked some Tuscan dishes (wifi was very useful here) – all washed down with a lovely bottle of wine that was provided as a free welcome gift, thanks ! The kitchen is well equipped and included everything I needed to make and serve dinner – it even included some basic ingredients such as salt & pepper. I would highly recommend this apartment, the location and the team at Apartments Florence.

02/09/2012 - Excellent value, brilliant location

This apartment is in the heart of the Florence that visitors want to see. Within easy walking distance of all attractions, it is down a small side road, which means that it is quiet. Clean, neat, all kitchen requirements made available, WiFi, TV (local stations) - I would go there again.

09/10/2011 - Excellent value, fabulous location

We arrived late at night exhausted, cranky and skeptical that the smaller apartment we were given would equal the larger one we initially booked (under repair, it was not quite ready when we arrived). As others have mentioned, you always expect to be ripped off when you travel so we were on guard and terse. I'm surprised and grateful Lorenzo was as patient and kind with us as he was! Our apartment truly was tiny by american standards but impeccably clean by anyone's standards. The location was both convenient and awe inspiring. Number 20 Via Pinzochere is just one block from Santa Croce, final resting place of many notable figures, including our personal favorite, Michelangelo. And had we had been there just 500 years earlier (give or take), we'd literally have been his next door neighbors! We found the apartment to be an excellent value--far more affordable than a hotel and way, way more fun because these are real Italian apartments with all their quirks and charms. The Wi-Fi was reliable and very much appreciated. Many people have commented on the kindness and helpfulness of Lorenzo and his colleagues. It is absolutely true. We were able to relax and really enjoy our week because we sensed that had anything gone terribly wrong, there was someone in our corner we could turn to for advice. Thank you, Lorenzo and Mateo, for your kindness and service. You are wonderful ambassadors for your great city!
