The position is ideal for visiting the city since it is just a 2-min walk to Piazza Santa Maria Novella and just a 5-min walk from the train station and all major monuments.

INTERIOR
The apartment features two levels – on the main one you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room, and a bathroom, while up the stairs in a loft there is a bedroom with another private bathroom. The entire space is bright and recently renovated, preserving a classical style of furnishings. It is elegant but makes you feel at home with its warm wood tones. It is equipped with all the comforts of a real home, which makes it ideal for both short and medium/long-term vacation rentals. You walk into an entryway, in front of which is the completely equipped kitchen, with a useful storage room on its left. To the right of the entrance are the living and dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a satellite TV, and a dining table for 4. Still on this floor is the first complete bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is the bedroom area, with a comfortable double bed (160 cm / 63 in) and a small half bathroom.
