INTERIOR
The apartment, located on the 1st floor of a typical ancient Florentine building, is spacious (120sqm), has been renovated highlighting and preserving the original wooden ceilings, windows and leaving the old bricks on the wall exposed. It is also featured by two design mezzanines that remind the shape of a cello, from which the name of this property took ispiration. At the entrance we find a large living room with two large windows, two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, a corridor leading to the large living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a first bathroom with bathtub. From this room a designer staircase (without handrails) leads to the first mezzanine with bedroom, opening onto the living room and with ensuite bathroom. The second mezzanine, hosting the second bedroom, overlooks the living room with sofas and large windows, and it’s accessed by its own independent (spiral) staircase. Please note that the staircase in the living room does not have a handrail, therefore this apartment is not recommended for the elderly and families with small children.
