The apartment was renovated in 2014 and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi Internet, flat screen TV; washer and dryer, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, iron and hairdryer. The parking space is located in the garden of the villa. The property is within walking distance of grocery stores, pharmacy etc. and to some typical Tuscan trattorias. The apartment is very nice furnishings with care in the details and is equipped with household linen and complete with crockery. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

15/07/2015 - The most elegant rental ever! Loved it!!!
Apartments Florence has helped me for the past four years and I love working with them. Each of their rentals is unique and I have never been disappointed. But Casa Miranda was truly something special. It has just been remodeled (June 2015). Very easy on the eyes with designer-perfect modern elegance and exceptional taste, yet very comfortable with all the amenities. The bathroom was very modern and even included a rain-shower head. The kitchen lacked for nothing. Large and roomy, sparkling white, lots of counter space which is very handy, every appliance for the perfect Italian meal. There wasn’t anything they hadn’t thought of, down to the tiniest detail. Even the potholders and cute little parmesan cheese grater were stylish and thoughtful. For the first time ever in an European apartment, not only was there a washing machine, there was even a dryer! The bed linens and bathroom towels were of the finest quality, as if in your own home. Even the floor plan of the unit had a common sense flow you don’t usually find in Europe. The owners lived in the apartment next door on the same floor. They stopped by to introduce themselves. A lovely gracious couple who want to make sure that you are comfortable and have everything you need. This is a perfect place for a single person or a couple who appreciate staying in the refined Poggio Imperiale area, just 1,000 steps (per my Fitbit) from the Porta Romano where you can drink your cappuccino every morning at the Bar d’Angolo and enjoy the view.
