the Via Capone apartment is just north of the Duomo and is perfectly situated. Despite being beside the University it is amazingly quiet. Although only one bedroom there is loads of space and good facilities for cooking. We had a great week in Florence, needed no public transport and still have plenty places to see on future visits. Florence and this flat make fir an ideal holiday

There was a misunderstanding regarding our arrival time and we had to wait for an hour outside our apartment. But once Elanora arrived, she immediately put us at ease with her Italian/ Tuscan hospitality. She explained everything about the apartment and gave us tips regarding Florence and surrounding area. The apartment had an old charm and fantastic views. It was better than what was shown in the photos. We will come again and definitely try to book the same place.

We just wanted to say a big "Thank you" for our stay at Gino Capponi 14 for 2 months! It was a lovely apartment; everything we were looking for; great terrace and view, lots of space, a quiet location and close to the city... we'd be happy to recommend you and the apartment to anyone. You answered all our queries promptly and accurately every time we wanted to check something before we came. Eleonora was most helpful when we arrived, and gave us lots of ideas and tips about what to see, and where to get good pizza and ice cream deals etc! She also gave us a very thorough introduction to the apartment and how everything worked. Thank you so much again; we loved every minute of our stay!
