I was so excited when I viewed this apartment! You really get the feel of being in a palazzo rich in history and the decor that goes with it. I especially loved the two terraces! It is hard to find a terrace in Florence as I have been going there regularly for the past 5 years. The apartment is especially quiet which is another plus. There are stairs, but I am a senior and found them easily manageable. Also, the location is great for all of the sightseeing and also the San't ambrogio market is nearby and what a treat. .Don't pass up the opportunity to see this if it is available.

I rented the Cristina flat for nine months, and it was wonderfully peaceful and comfortable. I chose the flat because of its antique furniture, interesting artwork, and natural light. It has a split level, and the interesting layout created a real sense of space. The large sit-down kitchen was wonderful, and a real treat in Italy. There are two small balconies, and the rooms are spacious, and uncluttered. The team at aF were always helpful, friendly and polite, and responded immediately to any issues or questions. Their service was excellent for the duration. Cristina is only 7 minutes walk from the Duomo or the Market in the other direction.
11/04/2012 - Wonderful stay in the middle of Florence
I stayed in the Christina apt with my son for 5 days before Easter. We were greeted at arrival by a very nice young man who showed us everything. The apt was perfect, great location, clean, quiet and working Internet. The terraces are a nice bonus. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return anytime.
