15/04/2018 - An amazing location with a roof top terrace overlooking the Duomo.
We spent 6 wonderful days in Florence using this well located apartment as our base. The apartment was comfortable and well equiped, try shopping at the central market and bringing your food goodies to eat on the terrace...magical!
25/10/2017 - Beautiful apartment..fabulous views
The apartment was in a great location close to everything. It was very clean and quite modern..there is a lift t9 the 4th floor and the. are about 20steps to walk up from the front door to the apartment but manageable. The 3rd bedroom is small but the other 2bedrooms a good size. The terrace is fantastic and we enjoyed sitting out there early morning and evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a dishwasher and washing machine .. really loved this apartment and would definitely recommend to others.
16/09/2017 - Great Apartment in a good Location to tour Florence
We were unsure on the night we arrived that we were in the right part of Florence but after a few minutes of investigation the next morning we realised it was great. The apartment was clean, modern and quiet and although at the top of the building, a lift is available to take you up after a day walking in the City. The views were great and you can see most of the best bits for Florence from the terrace. Its a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and within easy reach of all the major attractions with the train station also about 10 minutes walk away. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment.
04/06/2017 - Nice spacious apartment---close to everything !!
This apartment was well stocked and very large. 1/2 of the apartment had been renovated to a very updated look. The part that was not renovated was clean and neat however and did not pose any hardship. Finding the actual apartment was very difficult for the cab driver and the hotel next door did not even know where it was, so some confusion in the way the guests are given the address. It did eventually get sorted out with a few phone calls but could have been a less stressful situation for us. The patio shown in the picture was not set up and the patio had not been cleaned or swept. We were there in mid April however & perhaps the owners thought it might be too early to sit out. Overall still a great place to stay.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Duomo, railway station, San Lorenzo market, Ponte Vecchio and several places of interest. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment is very spacious and well set up with everything you need on the way of glasses, plates, etc. The best feature, however, has to be the view from the roof terrace! It is almost a 360 degree view of Florence. Amazing!
