ApartmentsFlorence.it is an Italian property management company. We manage over 100 properties throughout Florence and cater to our customers’ and property owners’ needs in both the tourist and corporate sectors.
To ensure complete coverage and attention to the various aspects of successful property management we have teams dedicated to the many different aspects of our work:

• Our Reservation Team handles all customer communications in their entirety prior to customer arrival in Florence. This teams works to ensure timely responses to all inquiries, accurate recording of all reservation information and the organization of the central schedule for all showings, check in’s/ check-out’s, etc. Our Reservation Team is the first team all customers will deal with, and they pride themselves on taking that role extremely seriously and instilling confidence in all customers from the initial correspondence.

• Our Agent/ Representative Team is truly the face of ApartmentsFlorence.it and deal with all customers in a courteous and friendly fashion while exuding the utmost professionalism. This group handles all face-to-face customer interaction entirely and provide all hospitality and day-to-day assistance to all rental property customers. As these representatives are often the only ApartmentsFlorence.it staff our customers actually see they are a critical piece of the puzzle. All dedicated members of the A/R Team work very hard to ensure complete satisfaction and accommodate any/ all requests customers may have.

• Our Maintenance Team handles the physical management and up-keep of all ApartmentsFlorence.it rental properties. This extremely important team is devoted strictly to the maintenance and overall state of each rental unit. This team is comprised of staff dedicated to various areas such a laundry/housekeeping, general maintenance, etc. The Maintenance Team works to provide each customer with a sense of complete comfort, and satisfaction during their stay in Florence.

We value all property owners we work with tremendously and believe that complete transparency concerning the administration, rental costs, earnings and extraordinary expenses of each rental unit is crucial to maintaining strong working relationships.

• In addition to the day-to-day details ApartmentsFlorence.it also manages the financial aspects of each rental unit entirely, including booking fee’s, deposits, monthly rental payments, etc, etc. We are more than willing to develop payment plans specific to the owner we are working with however our standard practice is to provide property owners with monthly payments. Additionally for those owners who desire ApartmentsFlorence.it is also happy to offer utilities management.
