My family of three and I are staying in you cozy Via degli Artisti apartment. I was most impressed by the kind service of your staff and the overwhelming goodness that you showed us. You even sacrificed your holiday to check us in on New Year's Day! The apartment was very functional and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was lovely to work with, and the Apartments Florence staff was absolutely angelic in every way. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone wishing to stay in Florence and will for sure be booking through them in the future.

I came to Florence for three months to teach in a study abroad program. I contacted many rental agencies to locate an apartment. I was immediately impressed with the quick and friendly response from Apartments Florence. While I scrutinized various apartments, Apartments Florence patiently worked with me to find the right one. I loved my comfortable apartment in Piazza Mentana. It has great windows and lovely vaulted ceilings. It is quiet and centrally located--perfect for a lengthy, working stay. The wireless internet connection and washer were a huge bonus. The management team is outstanding. They are friendly, available, reliable, and prompt in responding to inquiries or problems. I will definitely use Apartments Florence for my next visit. Thanks Lorenzo and Nic for a great semester!

We stayed at this apartment in Florence. It was very clean, great and provided much space to spread out in after a while travelling and living in small rooms. We easily fitted in 6 people in comfort and with privacy.
The apartment is nice and light and airy, well furnished, stylish and in a great location. Equipment provided is very adequate and we prepared some great meals. (It's close to the fresh markets where we shopped each morning)For those people who want something a little more where they stay I can thoroughly recommend this apartment. Very friendly support is provided by the owners and managers.

Ciao tutti!

My wife and I stayed on Via delle Pinzochere and the place was perfect. Modern, spacious, clean, a block away from Santa Croce, etc. Moreover, Lorenzo was professional, courteous, and flexible. If I ever travel back to Florence, I will contact Lorenzo first! His apts. made our stay in Italy a fantastic experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling abroad.

Loved working with Lorenzo and Ana. We've already connected them with friends going to Firenze in the fall. We stayed in the street-side 3rd (4th) floor Via Degli Alfani apartment. Lots of natural light in the clean, pleasantly decorated kitchen/living/dining room and separate bedroom. Ample pots/plates, etc., for cooking. Tiny shower. Roar of motorcycles during rush hours. Great neighborhood, museums, restaurants, grocery, laundry mat. Short walk to jazz club, exercise club. central market. City buses stop 1 block away.

We stayed the month of July 2009 in Santa Croce at the apartment on Via San Cristofano. It was cool and comfortable with a wonderful kitchen. It is decorated very nicely, extremely clean and well-suited for two. Bonus-there is a ton of storage! We were very pleased by all the help and service before our trip and once we arrived. We are not new to renting apartments in Florence; we would most certainly book with you again. Grazie!

We just stayed for 12 nights in the Via Ghibellina apartment, firstly as a party of 4 adults and a one year old and then 4 adults and 3 children under two. Perfect location, amply equipped apartment, great for small kids (nothing to fall over/break) and also for grown ups. Lorenzo went out of his way to make us comfortable, even offering assistance when our luggage got lost.
Will recommend to any friends going to Florence.

Via dei Serragli 41 (the blue apartment)
There are 2 apartments in Serragli 41 --- one gold and one blue. They are almost identical in size, features and amenities with one exception. The gold apt faces the street and Serragli can be loud at night with the racing cars. (I have stayed in two other Serragli apts - both on street side so I know) If you're a light sleeper don't take the gold apartment.
The blue apartment faces in interior covered courtyard of sorts. No view really but it is quiet.
The bedroom is just big enough for the bed and a small wardrobe but all you really do is sleep in there anyway. There is a large dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa bed, dresser and large antique wardrobe. The kitchen is well equipped with enough pots, pans, dishes etc to suit your needs. 19" TV w/good reception. Washing machine was clean and worked fine. 4 burner stove and oven, both worked just fine. The bus stop is literally across the street and you are just around the corner from Piazza Santo Spirito. No AC but the fan was enough to keep one cool. The bath is quite large (compared to many) and just off the LR. All in all I would recommend this apartment as well.

Now ---- about the staff.
I could not have asked for a more professional group of people to work with. I had a couple of minor issues. Nothing even worth mentioning but what IS worth mention is that my concerns were met professionally and were worked out. I did not get the impression that their work was done once they had my money and there was nothing I could do if I had a complaint. I am currently looking over the website to choose the apartment for my next visit and if I am ever successful in finding the "perfect" apartment to purchase in Florence I will definitely request that these folks manage rentals for me in my absence.

Via Laura 66
If you're like me you want to know as much about the apartment you are renting sight unseen. Sometimes it's the little details that are missing and may be the most important. For me, for instance, I want an oven in my apartment and I prefer hard-wired internet service to WiFi because of the equipment I bring with me. So - just the words "stove" and "Free Internet" are not usually enough for me.

Via Laura has to be one of the quietest apartments I have stayed in in Florence. You enter the building from the street, walk thru the wide corridor, across a small shared courtyard and into your door. You then walk up your private, slightly steep, stone staircase (20-30 steps) and into your apartment.

While the apartment is small it takes great advantage of the space provided. The fold-down sofa makes a surprisingly comfortable bed. There is more than ample storage in the wardrobe cabinets. The dining table and 4 chairs are real wood and not flimsy patio furniture type pieces that I see on other websites. The table also expands to seat 6 (but still only 4 chairs).

There are two large shuttered windows that open onto the courtyard below and the tree outside (fig or lemon, I can't remember) is so close you could reach out and pick the fruit when ripe. There is also an AC/Heat unit that runs quietly.

In the bathroom is located the washing machine that is like new and runs fine. There is a foldable drying rack and also lines hanging outside the window.

The kitchen cupboard features everything you might need to prepare your meals - 2 burner elec stove, fridge, sink, lots of dishes, pots, pans etc.

The via Laura apartment was not my first choice for an apartment but I must say I was quite pleased with it and would consider renting it once again. Oh, and if you're like me and want to know -- there is no oven and the internet is hard wired. ;-)

I stayed at the Via Degli Alfani apartment with my dad for a few days in November. Lorenzo was fantastic to work with. He met us at the apartment and went over things with us, like the heater and washer, which was nice since they work differently than US models. The apartment was quite cozy and we really enjoyed it. The shower is tiny, but the water was hot and the unit was really clean. Free wi-fi worked as well. It was incredibly convenient to everything a first timer to Florence would want to see. My dad and I walked everywhere except the train station, which was a short cab ride. I would not hesitate to stay at this unit or one of their others. In fact, I look forward to it. Florence was definitely a highlight of our trip to Italy. Oh, and the pull out sofa was comfortable. I slept there and my dad had the bedroom, which he said was comfortable as well.

Malenchini 1p
I recently stayed in the gorgeous & charming Malenchini first floor apartment. It took me months to decide and confirm with Lorenzo & Nicco, but they were all so patient with me. They made an extra effort to give me the best customer service while deciding on where to live in Florence. The apartments interior is very comfortable, has original arched ceilings, comfy bed (and pull out sofa), and small but perfect kitchen. The charm of this apartment, and the beautiful courtyard of the adjoining Palazzo was a nice touch. As a single American woman, I felt very safe here and in the entire Santa Croce neighborhood. Everything is so close to walk too! including all the markets, shops and cafes. I would buy this apartment if I could, and never wanted to leave it! Thank you to Lorenzo & Nicco for all of their help during my stay in Florence, I am looking forward to renting with them again. Cheers!

Christine 12/13/2009 7:01:41 PM

I can't say enough about how wonderful these guys were during my 2+ week visit at their 20 Pinzochere apts. near Santa Croche. I live in Sonoma County (wine country) CA and, believe me, if we had the level of customer service they provide here, we'd be overwelmed with visitors. Lorenzo, Christine and Nicolo are the BEST! I had no issues with the apartment, but I had lots of questions, because this was my "try out" trip before moving there next year. They all just jumped on any concerns I had immediately and dealt with everything in the most professional but warm manner. I felt they personally cared about how I was doing and whether I was having a good time and getting the help I needed. The apartment was very comfortable, near every convenience, tastefully furnished and generously supplied with cookware, appliances, etc. They met me on my arrival and showed me how everything worked, where the markets were, etc, and were available almost all the time to answer questions and provide help. I really felt blessed to have such wonderful folks to turn to. Put yourself in their hands, it's an experience like nowhere else.

Via delle Pinzochere
Great apartment in a good location (I walked everywhere). The apartment was well equipped and comfortable - it felt like home during my 3 week stay. Lorenzo and the team were welcoming and helpful and provided lots of local tips, including some of their favourite places - a very nice personal touch. Having a kitchen (including basics such as Olive oil, Balsamic vinegar etc) was great - all I had to do was stroll down to Sant' Ambrogio market for some fresh ingredients to try out some of my new found cooking skills. Will recommend to all of my friends. Thanks guys - can't wait to come back !

I am a student studying abroad and I rented an apartment on Via Laura (described in depth above by another renter--although the Internet worked just great for me).

The apartment was great, comfortable, quiet, and centrally located, but more importantly, the people who run 'myflatinflorence' are great individuals, they are there to help with any problems, or concerns, and when you have questions...in general about being abroad...they are easy to contact and there with answers.

I would absolutely recommend them ...for both short and long term stays.

Christmas in Florence
My husband and I spent 10 days during the Christmas holidays in Malenchini 3 and were very pleased with our stay there. The apt. is large and comfortable with great living space. The living room/dining area is perfect to serve dinner
or use as desk space for the wireless internet which is provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious for an apt. One of the big advantages of apt. rental is being able to have your meals there and a grocery/market is located just round the corner. Also, the location of the apt. is fabulous in that you can
walk easily to the Piazza Signoria, Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, as well as the Santa Croce and Santo Spirito areas. There is minimal noise from the street, plus there are shutters that close for sleeeping. In addition, the team of Lorenzo, Nicco, and Christine were so very helpful. We would definitely rent
this apt. again on our return. It was a fantastic Christmas in Florence.

I stayed in Piazza Mentana 6 for a year while studying in Florence, and loved the apartment. We were supplied with towels, sheets and all kitchen equipment, and Lorenzo and the building owner were always available and ready to fix anything. One morning there was a leak from the apartment above, and it was fixed for us that afternoon. A great apartment with great landlords, thanks Lorenzo and Ana!

Thomas Harding 12/30/2009 8:07:08 PM

My family and I stayed at the Via Degli Alfani apartment for about a week in December, 2009. Christine was very kind. She met us at the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. The apartment is small, especially the bathroom, but it is equipped with all you need in an apartment. We were 4 people, and I think that was a bit too crowded. I would recommend using this apartment for 2 – 3 people. The unit in whole was nice and clean with free wi-fi. The main asset of the apartment is its great location. It is a 2 minute walk from the center of Florence, the Duomo, and right near the Academia where Michelangelo's David is presented. One can walk everywhere, and there is a supermarket located near by if you wish to prepare your meals in the apartment.

Yaara Grinberg 1/3/2010 5:36:50 PM

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Via Ghibellina's 4 bedroom apartment (ART00036). As a party of 9 (including 5 teenagers!), this apartment was great. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The rooms are big and airy, especially one bedroom, which we called "the ballroom"! Although the bedrooms don't have dressing tables/mirrors, the bathrooms are very well equipped to a high standard, so it was not much of a problem. The kitchen and dining area allowed us to prepare some lovely food, although I would have liked a larger food prep area - the kitchen is large enough to accommodate it.

The apartment is close to just about everywhere that you would want to visit. The local food market is wonderful, with very helpful and friendly marketstall-holders. Piazza Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio are about 5-10 mins walk away, and it took us only 20-25 mins to walk to Santa Maria Novella train station.

I would definitely book with Apartments Florence again and recommend anyone else to do so. Lorenzo and his team were so helpful. Christina helped me to pre-book tickets for the Ufizzi by recommending a website that did not charge an extortionate booking fee.

Beware of some of the museums' opening times. We missed some of the places we wanted to visit, which means only one thing. We'll just have to come back again....!

When I leave the house these days, I expect to be ripped off. When I go on holiday, more to the point, I expect relentless swarms of unscrupulous swindlers to bleed me dry at just about every turn. There seems to be no avoiding it: the traveller occupies, by definition, a position of vulnerability, and regardless of the courtly conventions of hospitality that may have prevailed in earlier times, the haplessness of the modern traveller is, in my experience, almost consistently met with cynical, opportunistic exploitation. This is especially bad in Europe, where the financial stakes, and sophistication of the scams, are far greater than in less developed corners of the world.

This is why I have come away from my week staying in these guys' apartment in Piazza Mentana somewhat astonished. It was superb from the beginning; patient, coherent, helpful exchanges while they sought out an apartment to suit our requirements, an astonishingly good price, an outstanding location, a beautiful and spacious apartment with all the facilities we could need. Our reception was warm and charming, even though we arrived late at night, and our host (Christine) had presumably had to wait around in the rain. To cap it off, the people who were most surprised at the standard of the flat (and particularly the price) were our florentine friends. To be honest, I'm kinda still waiting for the catch.

On a circuit dominated by rabble, these guys are a shining beacon of human decency.

I have just returned home from a wonderful four month stay in Via delle Pinzochere. My hope was to become part of a neighbourhood in Florence, and the wonderful location of my apartment made this a reality. Everything is at hand, most notably San Ambrogio market - I soon had 'my' olive man, 'my' cheese man etc, and was able to prepare wonderful, tasty, Italian meals in my spacious apartment. Coffee bars and wine bars to slip into following the passagiata were wonderful and part of my daily life. Cultural pursuits were perfectly located. Architecture and art abound in the neighbourhood. I attempted a language course which was fun. Lorenzo, Ana, Nicco and Christine were always available, willing, friendly and helpful. The telling thing about this quartet is that I miss them now that I'm home - I count them as friends. Go, go to Florence, become absorbed in the life there and enjoy every moment - as I did. Highly recommend the apartment on Pinzochere. Thanks Lorenzo and your team, you made this a holiday of a lifetime for me.

Marjorie Hewitt 1/19/2010 2:42:42 AM

I have rented many apartments in different locations and from different agencies around Florence over the years, and the third-floor apartment on Via delle Pinzochere from which I have just returned is clearly the best in terms of value and appointments. Everyone involved at MFIF (Lorenzo, Nicco, and Christine) were helpful, friendly, and easy-going. I will definitely be back and I cannot recommend their apartments and service highly enough.

Nicholas Baker 2/10/2010 12:31:51 AM

Hi Lorenzo!
I stayed in via della Pinzochere on the top floor! The aparment was absolutly fabulous! I loved the decor and the closeness to all of the major sites and shopping! I be sure to recommend you to any of my friends!
Thanks again!

My friend and I came to Florence for a few weeks and stayed in the beautiful Via dei Servi apartment.

It was wonderfully furnished and had everything we needed and more, including the wireless internet and the washer/dryer.

It was located so close to the duomo that we were never very far from the heart of Florence.

The owners and managers are so helpful and easy to get a hold of, even when we locked ourselves out of the apartment! We were so lucky to have this
apartment!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Alyssa 2/17/2010 11:31:46 AM

My husband and I stayed right in Piazza del Mercato (#27) and we loved the location

It's perfect for anyone who loves markets (Florence has the best!), funky shops, good food (Cafe Za Za downstairs is superb) and just being in the heart of Florence.

The Congress Centre is a short walk away so for those who may have a bit of business on the side, it couldn't be in a better location.

Apartment very clean and host very gracious. Enjoy! Pam and Eric Nadler Toronto.

Pam and Eric 2/17/2010 11:35:05 AM

My family of 3 stayed for a month in the cosy and quaint via Pandolfini apartment in Santa Croce.

It really was perfect for our needs and close to everything. We were very pleased with the assistance provided by the staff and would definitely recommend friends to use this company in future.

David 2/18/2010 11:08:57 AM

I lived for four months in Piazza del Mercato Centrale 27 and loved it. The apartment has every amenity you could need and is very clean/well kept. It is in a piazza so has a nice open view of the Central Market and has many great restaurants right below. Lastly, the owners were extremely gracious and ready to help in any way possible. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a central, safe area to stay in Florence.

Michelle 2/22/2010 7:16:00 PM

Ciao Ana, Ciao Lorenzo!
grazie per tutto!
Via Delle Pinzochere first floor: nice place, confortable and in a very good location!

maura 3/11/2010 11:28:08 PM

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment in Santa Croce, Piazza Mentana and had a wonderful week! The apartment is situated very conveniently, within reach of anything we wished for; near attractions like the Uffizi, but also in a very nice neighbourhood with small shops, great restaurants and very important, a fantastic Gelateria!
Although still in February we were so lucky to enjoy the first rays of sun and check out the terraces in the area.

The apartment itself has a nice atmosphere, and provided everything we needed.
Thanks Lorenzo for the friendly and great service!

Janine 3/21/2010 9:11:54 PM

This is the third time I stayed in an appartment of Nico and Lorenzo and everytime the service was great, the appartment were very spacious, clean, modern, well equiped and right in the city centre! But the service they give is the thing that is most remembered. Nico and Lorenzo will go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable and remberable as possible. I would advise these guys to everyone that is planning a trip to Florence!

Nina 4/2/2010 9:59:09 AM

I stayed in this one bedroom apt (Malenchini 1p). for a week and I must say it was wonderful. The location is perfect as it is just a couple blocks from all the action at Piazza Signoria and the Ponte Vecchio. It is also very close to Santa Croce and an easy walk across the Arno to Santo Spirito. Plus, the apt. is so comfortable with an updated kitchen, a large comfortable bedroom and sitting area, along with a terrific view of a beautiful courtyard. The architecture is truly amazing. The nice thing about staying in an apt. is the ability to stop by the markets and pick up the wonderful Italian selections that you can make for meals. There also are some wonderful restaurants nearby for those nights when you don't want to make your own dinner. Now that I have enjoyed the comforts of apt. rentals, I will always use Apartments Florence because the staff of Lorenzo, Nicco, and Christine were wonderful.

Cheryl 4/7/2010 2:46:01 PM

My husband and I stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment on Piazza Mentana with our friends from Illinois last month, and enjoyed our stay very much. The location was ideal; it was great to be so close to the river and the Uffizi. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and convenient. We especially appreciated having WiFi and a clothes washer. As we live in nearby Switzerland, we hope to have a chance in the future to return to Florence and will certainly be contacting Lorenzo when we do.

Susan 4/7/2010 5:18:15 PM

My husband and I stayed in the Via Nardi 1 bedroom this winter. The location was excellent--practically in the center of the city, but quiet and tranquil. The apartment was well maintained and well equipped, and the landlords were very friendly and helpful. The apartment has WiFi, which is bit benefit in Florence, and an oven, which we were very happy to be able to use. All in all, the owners and the managers were excellent, accommodating, accessible, and most importantly friendly. Although the apartment is small, I would definitely recommend it and the agency to anyone looking for a convenient, economical place in Florence.

Lauren Jennings 4/7/2010 9:08:31 PM

Our stay at the Via San Zenobi apartment was magical. My husband, two children (ages 10 and 12) and I stayed there for three nights, and were mesmerized by the age and grandeur of the apartment. Completely exceeded our expectations, and allowed my children to get a feel for what it must have been like to live in Florence in the Renaissance, with the big iron door-knocker, and high ceilings, and antique wooden furniture. But the things that needed to be modern were thoroughly in order: Internet, stove, shower, washer/dryer, lights, and all modern conveniences were perfect. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

Stacey 4/12/2010 2:43:23 PM

My family of 4 stayed at the charming Via Canneto apartment located on a very quiet lane just 2 blocks from the Ponte Vecchio on the Altarno side of the Florence.

Very lovely and again... quiet!

The San Spirito piazza is where we spent much time eating our way around the establishments on the square. All of the "Gusta" group offer very good value for the euro.

Enjoy!

Kirk Sohr 4/13/2010 11:37:02 PM

My husband and I spent a lovely week in Florence at ART00080 - Via Capponi 4p. The apartment is at an excellent location, close to many attractions by walking. It is very well maintained and equiped. Thanks to the people (Lorenzo, Christine, and Eleonora) from catchall@apartmentsflorence.it who helped us greatly in arranging this accomodation.

Laurie from Canada 4/19/2010 5:40:02 PM

i stayed in 1DX for 2 glorious weeks, it was spacious and modern, well stocked with all i needed, and close to many precious things, by the time i left, i felt as if i were living in a new york neighborhood, complete with a newsstand that saved the paper for me daily, whenever i feel the need to return for botticelli and bizzari, a cool shop that specializes in ancient healing oils and herbs, i will stay nowhere other than pinzochere, although being next door to michelangelo's casa is inspiration enough, the place is too cute to miss, and the landords are as gracious as their countrymen, i felt instantly at home, and will find it hard to stay away for long!

lisa bernhard 4/27/2010 11:44:46 PM

My 2 friends and I stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment in Piazza Mentana - it was perfect in terms of location beside the Arnos River and we were able to walk everywhere. We stayed for a long weekend and the apartment was well equipped. Lorenzo and Christine were very helpful when I was booking the apartment and even came to the apartment in the middle of the night to check-us in. We had a fantastic weekend which was made even better by the fact that we had the perfect accommodation. We will definitely be using Apartments Florence when we visit again. Ciao tutti!

Savita Dabasia 5/4/2010 11:14:17 AM

The service we received from Apartments Florence; Nicco, Lorenzo and Christine was outstanding from start to finish even with all of the rescheduling due to the Volcano eruption.

The apartments location could not be better just a few short minutes to everything; main attractions, food markets and restaurants. The apartment is well layed out with lots of natural light and on a quite street; you do not need anything as all of the amenities are provided. There was a hairdryer missing and within a few hours one was at our door.

The apartment overall was comfortable and clean but could use a refresh.

If I owned an apartment in Florence I would want these guys to run it for me!

Isabella & John - Montreal Canada 5/5/2010 5:15:31 AM

We spend a long week end at Piazza Mentana, 5. We were 3 girls and really enjoyed the appartment and his location.
It's really in the middle of the historic center of Florence (5 minutes by foot from the Church Santa Croce). So, we spend a great time, and could visit the city easily.

The appartmant was clean, big and very comfortable. I strongly recommand it.

The team is very cool, available and speak english.
Appartments.florence.it is successful formula for a stay at Florence !

I was in Florence for the month of November and stayed at via malenchini 1. The apartment was great with a lot of room, a complete kitchen, and enough space for me to entertain my friends. I have rented apartments in Florence for over eight years. This is the first time I had used Apartments Florence and was so happy with the professionalism, service and personal care that I received that any renting in the future will only be through Lorenzo and Apartments Florence. I have already booked another return! There are a lot of apartments available and the website gives complete information. Consideration is given to good locations and available supermarkets. The shops in the neighborhood carried every thing I needed and the shop owners were very warm and hospitable. Wonderful restaurants and bars in the area. I can't say enough about the staff. Response to any questions or needs was immediate. An extra hug to Christine who was not only my neighbor but also became a good friend!

Katherine 5/5/2010 4:26:20 PM

We are a family of four from the US that stayed a month in this apartment (Malenchini 3p) in the spring of 2010. We enjoyed every minute, and we would definitely recommend it. The apartment is well set-up and large. Our two daughters slept in the bedroom - we pulled apart the large bed into 2 twin beds. We (parents) slept on the pull-out couch, and it was one of the more comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Usually pull-out couches are terrible; this one is excellent. The kitchen is well-stocked. The apartment has tons of storage space and plenty of places to sit. There are many windows, so it always feels light and open. The location is superb. It's right on the edge of the main tourist area - you can be in the main square in 2-5 minutes. It's also on the edge of a more Italian (less touristy) neighborhood. There are 2 grocery stores and a lovely, charming, excellent market within easy walking distance. The food in Florence is fabulous. We mostly cooked fresh pasta, which is not too expensive and sooooo good. We worked mostly with Christine, and she was extremely helpful and responsive -- before we arrived, upon check-in (telling us where everything was in the neighborhood), and during our stay. Excellent service. The one con about the apartment was the internet connection. It was decent, but only in the bedroom and the kitchen, not in the main room. That was a mild inconvenience, but it wasn't a big deal. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Paul 5/5/2010 4:32:04 PM

I stayed at the Mansarda apartment on Pinzochere... it was a wonderful location. Eminently walkable to all points in the city. I specifically enjoyed its proximity to the Sant'Ambrogio neighborhood which features a farmer's market, Picchi's restaurants Cibreo and social club Teatro del Sale (if you can take the time to go there, do!!) as well as Santa Croce, where there always seems to be something going on. The food stalls that are in Santa Croce are all worth the visit. You can bring your findings back to the apartment and make a feast in a rather luxurious and well-equipped kitchen for a vacation apartment.

My friend and I stayed at the apartment on Via Della Stufa, in the San Lorenzo area. We really loved the location, and as students who needed to take the train most days, it was absolutely perfect! We loved being so close to the fresh food market as well. Our kitchen had all the necessary implements which made life so easy. Our bedrooms were so lovely, and all the linen etc was provided. Thanks very much to our lovely landlady and the agents who were always helpful and friendly!

When we found the Signoria apartment on the net, I couldn’t believe that it could be as good as it seemed. But it was! The location was superb, on a corner of the Piazza della Signoria, overlooking the Palazzo Vecchio, the (copy) statue of Michelangelo’s David, and the Uffizi, so we had plenty to look at from the windows of our bedrooms as we sipped our Chianti or prosecco. One bedroom has a double bed, complete with trompe l’oeiul canopy on the wall, and the other has two single beds, and there’s plenty of space. The apartment is on the second floor, but the building has a lift (important for the over-65s!), though it is a tight squeeze with large pieces of luggage. We were within easy walking distance of all the major cultural sights, and we found grocery shops for provisions as well as plenty of lovely restaurants in the side streets away from the Piazza, where everything was more expensive. The Florentine Steak is a must! Fantastic! We are planning a return visit to Florence and would be delighted to go back to the Signoria apartment.

I recently stayed in the Via Gomitolo dell’oro apt. It is perfectly centrally located, a great place to stay if you want to be in the center of all that Florence has to offer. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for either a short or long-term stay. It can easily sleep up to 4 people and is just right for 2 people. I would certainly stay there again!

Lorenzo and Christine took wonderful care of us in every way. They were knowledgeable, efficient and patient. Our apartment on the first floor of Pinzochere 20 was all we'd hoped for and more. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable (including the excellent bed!); the appliances and utilities were unfailingly reliable. And the location put us in the very center of old Florence. The restaurants on Ghibelline were first rate and varied and the open market nearby provided excellent produce, pasta and meats. We're coming back in 2011-what more can we say!

My wife and I stayed in the Pinzochere PT apartment in Florence for four nights in May. We are from the States, and had never rented a flat before overseas. Lorenzo, however, was extremely responsive to all the questions we asked him via e-mail - he made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. Once we arrived, Christine met us at the flat and spent nearly 45 minutes graciously going over everything with us - this included giving us great suggestions on where to eat dinner and also how to best spend our time. We also popped in to see Lorenzo one day to ask a question and he was equally as helpful. The flat itself is in a great part of town - just outside any main tourist area (about a block) enabling it to be both conveniently located and also quiet. We, unfortunately, had a rainy week and had to spend some time indoors at the flat. It was definitely big enough to comfortably accommodate and entertain the two of us. All in all, a good experience and would do it again ...

My wife and I had a great stay in April in via Ginori apartment in Florence. The apartment was quite comfortable and quite a surprise being in the centre but still very quiet. Our host, Georgio and Tanya were a lovely couple and nothing was too much trouble. The Duomo was a 1 minute walk away and there were 2 supermarkets nearby. What a great place to stay.

Lee 6/7/2010 10:12:17 AM

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Florence thanks largely to the fine accommodations we had at 27 Marcato Centrale. The apartment was very clean and modern with much charm and character. We especially loved the location which was within short walking distance to most of the tourist sites, a grocery store around the corner, market across the piazza, and restaurants right outside our door! The train and bus station was also only blocks away for our out of town day trips. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and the owner, Stephano, and staff at apartmentsflorence.it were very helpful and accommodating. One of our favorite memories will be of opening our windows to hear the strolling musicians each evening. Thank you all for making our visit everything we hoped it would be!!
Sincerely,
Mike & Diane - Duluth, MN U.S.A.

Studio right off Piazza Signoria - on via dei Cerchi.

I recently stayed at this apartment right in the center of everything in Florence. It was the perfect apartment for me. The location was so convenient to restaurants, shops, sights. It's a very safe area. And it's only a 10 minute walk from the main train station, Firenze Santa Maria Novella. No need to even cab it to the apt.

The apt itself was very well equipped with everything necessary and it's modern. There is a fruit/vegetable stand right outside the apt bldg. Very convenient.

Lorenzo and Ana were both so nice and professional and helped me with all my questions. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend booking with Lorenzo and Ana. When I go to Florence again, I will definitely call them again!

We enjoyed our stay at Apt 2, #10 via Laura, very much. The apartment was exactly as described on the website: a five star apartment, four stories high. (I'm told there will eventually be an elevator.) Our flat was immaculate, comfortable, updated, attractive and close to historic sites in Florence. We appreciated being met promptly by staff both on arrival and on leaving. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved the Santa Croce area, stayed in Via Pinzochere so close to the magnificent church of Santa Croce and its beautiful piazza. An area with a lovely feel to it, as yet unspoilt by the hoards of tourists who gather elsewhere. Lots of interesting little artisan shops. Wonderful Sant Ambrogio market, and a stones throw from the Piazza della Signoria or the Bargello Museum. Also many great places to eat, my absolute favourite is Trattoria da Que'Ganzi in Via Ghibellina, just around the corner from Via Pinzochere, lovely fresh food in understated surroundings, don't miss it. Lorenzo, Nicco and Christine were very helpful and dealt with any queries or problems very efficiently. I shall be back in October and staying in one of their appartments in the Santa Croce district. Can't wait!

Beverley Gooding May 2010 6/21/2010 3:06:19 PM

The apartment on the via dei Pecori was wonderful and very well situated in the center of town near the Duomo and the Piazza della Republica. As one can see from the web site, the apartment has two floors with two full baths and has plenty of light. I stayed for six weeks so it's well equipped kitchen and was a plus. Given that I was in Florence during the World Cup, the only thing that was lacking was SKY TV.

Jeffery Cote de Luna 6/22/2010 3:31:29 PM

We stayed one month at the Signoria apt, great location! Near everything, two steps from museums, restaurants, shopping... The view is the best, Palazzo Vecchio and Loggia dei Lanzi, most beautiful piazza in Florence. You can watch concerts from the windows, or have fun just by watching the crowd below. The apt is decorated nicely, it is confortable and it is spacious. Lorenzo, Nico and Ana were very helpful and kind. We watched the World Cup from the restaurant below the apt - big flat screen! Jeffery from above should had joined us there! Since this piazza is non stop, I will not recommend it for a light sleeper, but all the rest is great!

Jussara and Marco 6/24/2010 1:52:18 AM

Just back from a wonderful week in the majestic Florence. We stayed in #20 Pinzochere, which is in an absolutely perfect location. You are within a minutes walk of the Santa Croce, which is within 5-10 minutes walk to the Ufizi and the Ponte Vecchio. There is also a supermarket and an outdoor market within easy reach as well. If you dont want to cook, then bistros aplenty await the hungry gastronome. The apartment itself was basic but met all of our needs (it even had a very fast Wifi connection, which was a surprise) and our host Lorenzo could not have done more to help us at all times. Ciao Lorenzo and thx again.

Mark from Ireland 6/24/2010 11:45:21 AM

We stayed at Via Maggio 34, near Palazzo Pitti. Great apartment and great location near restaurants and a lovely, busy public square (Santo Spirito).

Lorenzo and Ana are both straightforward and kind - great people to rent from.

The apartment was 'new' - freshly renovated and immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was a small leak at the bottom of the shower partition (to be expected at a new place) and Lorenzo sent someone to fix it immediately. All in all the experience could not have been smoother. We recommend them highly!

James and Jane 6/25/2010 8:02:18 PM

I stayed at the one bed apartment on Via cappone and cannto recommend this enough. It's very central - 5 mins walk to il Duamo. Florence is a fantastic city, not too expensive, and small enough to walk atround easily.

Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Karen Mclaughlin 7/1/2010 3:55:21 PM

My stay in the Pinzochere one bedroom apartment during May and June 2010 was wonderful! Lorenzo, Ana, Christine and Nikko were very receptive from my first inquisitive email to my last check out email after my stay. The apartment is located right down the street from the Santa Croce cathedral and central to everything. Florence is fabulous and this apartment is GREAT! It had everything I needed for my stay - washer, dishwasher, nice/comfy queen size bed, kitchen with furnishings, etc. It was spacious with a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen with sitting room and nice sized bathroom with shower. It was much bigger than some of the others I saw in Florence for the same rate and in a very safe part of the city. I really enjoyed it and would definitely stay there again in the future.

Kristyn Moll 7/2/2010 8:24:59 PM

I stayed at the Guicciardini apartment in the Palazzo Ciompi. I found the staff, especially the people who worked during the day to be efficient and kind. If I had a concern, they addressed it immediately and this was a great comfort to me. The Palazzo is located on Via Pietrapiana, and the Guicciardini faces the courtyard at the back which made for a very quiet lodging. At the front of the Palazzo, the street is pedestrian only and that added to the tranquility of the place, it was nice to exit the building and not have to face traffic so quickly. The apartment itself was fine. It is clean and well-maintained and well-equipped, the only little problem is the fridge, it is rather small and didn't get cold enough to make ice, but all other aspects (furniture, washrooms, housekeeping, towels, sheets, t.v. and cable) were all very good. Air conditioning, too, worked well and was satisfying.

Concerning the agents who helped me book this apartment, I am so pleased by their responsiveness. I found myself in a bind at the last minute - another Florence rental agency (which will remain unnamed in this blog) dropped the ball on my reservation and My-Flat-In-Florence not only found me a fine apartment, but also negotiated on the price with the owner so that I could afford to rent what was originally a very costly apartment rental. It seems to me that both agents (Lorenzo and Ana) kept close attention to their email and cell phone so that I felt secure in my six-week sojourn to be able to contact someone in case of any conern.

I highly commend this agency and the way they do business in Florence, they restored my desire to continue my work in the city in that they are people who can be trusted to work efficiently and thoughtfully.

My and my wife where in Florence for 14 days at the Malenchini apartment and it was just great.
and the service we got from the company was fantastic.

My wife, son and I stayed at the apartment #10 Via Laura this past summer. We had originally booked another apartment but 2 days before we were to arrive in Florence we were contacted by Nic saying that there was construction in the apartment upstairs from the apartment we had booked, and that there was dust and dirt everywhere. Nic gave us a couple of options, and we chose the newly renovated Via Laura. We would have liked to have been a bit closer to the river as the apartment was about a 20 min. walk from the Duomo. The apartment itself was very nice, (although a 4th floor walk-up), with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence and the Duomo. Nic was very professionaland concerned for our comfort in all his dealings with us and I would not hesitate to recommend him and apartmentsflorence.it to anyone. In fact we have friends traveling there later this year who we forwarded his contact info to.
Thanks for all your assistance, Nic.
Ciao!

Lorenzo, Christine, and Nicco have worked with me for two years in a row to find short-term apartments during my summer travels. This year I stayed in Pinzochere 20 with several friends, and last year was in a different location. I can't say enough about how positive an experience it has been. Both apartments were great and in unbeatable central locations, the process of making the arrangements and checking in was easy, and any questions or issues that arose during the stay were quickly addressed. Whether a seasoned traveler or a first-timer in Florence, it is very pleasant to be able to rely on a comfortable situation and great people, and Apartments Florence provides both. I have given recommendations to family and friends, and would not hesitate to encourage anyone to use this website and service.

Elliot 8/15/2010 11:55:10 AM

I spent six months in one of the Pinzochere apartment--one could not ask for a better location. The apartment was well outfitted for either a short or long stay, and both Christine and Lorenzo were very responsive whenever there was need. Back home now, I must say I miss being awakened by the bells of Santa Croce and even more so the market at St. Ambrogio, just a few blocks away.

Emily 8/24/2010 8:25:17 PM

I have just returned from a 4-week stay in Via Maggio apartment 34. The service I received from Apartments Florence was outstanding. From the moment I made the enquiry, until I left the apartment. I had a small problem with the washing machine and it was attended to immediately without any inconvenience to me. I will definitely stay with them the next time I am fortunate enough to return to Florence. I also highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent in Florence and is a little hesitant and unsure of what to expect. You will be in good hands and are made to feel as though you already have friends before you get there! Thank you all of you!!

Jill Hunter 8/29/2010 2:53:05 PM

We are only home from our stay in the Pinzochere apartment, and are so sad to have left it and Firenze. A wonderfully central location to see the sights and sounds of the city. The apt is clean, nicely sized for a couple, with all the modern conveniences in it. To be honest, we used it for sleeping only as there is so much to do in Firenze, but this was our third trip to the city and definitely our BEST apt rental and one we will use again and again. We had a lovely welcome, and while we didn't require any help during our few days there, we took comfort in the fact help was only around the corner (literally!). Highly recommended company to book through.

Niamh & Brendan 9/1/2010 10:11:05 AM

I just spent two delightful months at via delle Pinzochere 20 in the ground floor apartment. It is very spacious and attractively decorated. The bed is comfortable with a very large closet. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, stove top, refrigerator, sink, etc. There is wifi throughout the apartment and air conditioning, a huge relief in July and August! The area has great restaurants (Trattoria da Que Ganzi and Dino right next door practically) and the local market is just a few blocks away. My dog loved the off leash dog park just a block away and we enjoyed the friendly people we met there. The crew at MFIF are just the best. This was my second visit with them and I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for accomodations, they just really make sure that everything is taken care of and are beyond helpful in answering questions and helping you get around. They have made my experience in Florence extraordinary.

Hello, I was able to stay in an apartment in Villa delle Rossa for two weeks. The apartment was wonderful and had everything one needs and much more. Most importantly the people from Apartments in Florence where very nice. They helped me find an apartment at the very last minute I was in Florence. Later they where helpful in looking after some of my things while i went traveling and where very welcoming when i returned. I highly recommend working with this company to find great options for you to travel or to live in Firenze! Enjoy--

We have stayed on several occasions for a variety of time from short term to long term rental in a number of these apartments. The apartments are always welcoming and suitable to meet all our requirements. Often centrally located perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Florence and the surrounding Tuscany region. Nic and Lorenzo have always been fantastic ensuring our stay is the best it can be, we therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending these apartments and the services of Nic and Lorenzo. We have already secured ours for our 3rd year in a row!!

The apartment at Via Farine #1 is fabulous. It overlooks the P. Signoria and the Loggia. The view, the music, the activity on the Piazza make for an incredible experience. It is a celebration of Firenze. The apartment is spacious and easily fit a family of 4. The location is perfect with its proximity to the Uffizi, the Duomo, Santa Croce and the Ponte Vecchio. Note that the excitement on the Piazza might not be the right fit for light sleepers. Christine was very helpful with her directions and explanations. Lorenzo met us and gave us a nice orientation and some terrific restaurant recommendations that surpassed the needs of value conscious foodies. We definitely recommend Apartments Florence and their staff. Ciao! Famiglia A

Christine, Nicco and Lorenzo,

You all made our stay in Florence at Via Pandolfino 10 a wonderful experience. Your communication during our preparation was great and we felt very comfortable and prepared for our trip. On our arrival to Florence we were met with a warm welcome from Nicco who showed us everything we needed to know and was available for anything we needed during our 2 week stay. The apartment was everything we hoped for—comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location to wonderful restaurants, shopping and all the beauty Florence has to offer.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for an apartment in Florence rents from "Apartments Florence." The next time we visit the city we will not hesitate to make a reservation with you. Our trip was very memorable and the apartment made it even better.

Lorenzo, Nicco and Christine,

Thank you so much for making my stay in Firenze so pleasant. The Via dei
Servi apartment was everything I expected and more. I was a little nervous
about renting an apartment for 3 months, but it was so lovely it instantly
felt like home. I am looking forward to my upcoming return to Via dei
Servi for my 12 month stay.

I also want to thank you for all the assistance and help you gave to me.
Thank you Nicco, for helping me with my issues, especially the computer
issues. That was above and beyond your responsibility. I couldn't imagine
getting the kind of customer service I received from all of you anywhere
else.

I look forward to seeing you guys in Gennaio!

Grazie mille,

Very friendly staff and great service. They made themselves avaliable to assist if we had any problems. The apartment was great, clean, amazing location, small but great for 2 people. We will use this company again when returning to Firenze!
Thanks Melbourne Australia

I would highly recommend the Via Maggio apartment. I stayed there for 2 nights at the end of August 2010. The apartment was fantastic - light, airy, and beautifully decorated; modern, but still in keeping with the classic architectural style of the building. I particularly liked the clever use of storage space. The location is great, just around the corner from piazza Santo Spirito, so it has a genuine Florentine feel, but is near several cool bars and restaurants. I will definitely be coming back to this apartment when I return to Florence for a 3 month stay. I'd dealt with Christine via email, and Lorenzo met me at the apartment; both were friendly, efficient and professional.

Diamond 9/22/2010 8:20:43 PM

We had a fantastic stay in Florence and Tuscany this summer. The apartment is in the centre of Florence (excellent location), a little bit small for 3 people but perfect for 2. Clean, full equiped, confortable...
Friendly and kind staff. Good service in general. I love Tuscany & Florence, and I will go back soon (probably to one of these apartments!!)

Rebeca (from Spain) 9/22/2010 9:46:07 PM

Excellent apartment for up to four people at Via De Pecori. The communication, amenities and location were superb. The only difficult with this outstanding apartment would be the lack of an elevator for elderly or those who might struggle with three flights of stairs. Nicco is a godsend for those of us who struggle with Italian.

Glen Nelson 9/23/2010 3:25:40 AM

We had a wonderful stay at the Bonifacio Lupi(ART00099) in beautiful Florence. It is a very nice, well equipped 1 bedroom apartment, in a secure building and relatively quiet street. Lorenzo, Neri and superintendant were courteous and helpful. Groceries and other shops are a few blocks away, and its ~15 minutes walk to the Duomo. Enjoy your stay.

Ken 9/24/2010 11:36:43 PM

We stayed at the Via Vinegia apartment for two weeks and truly enjoyed it. The location is ideal, half a block for the Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, etc. It is also surprisingly quiet. The only negative point would be the stairs. It is located on a third floor and you have another set of stairs to climb to go to the bedroom/bathroom. If you don't have mobility problems, we would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nicole & Larry Curran 9/26/2010 10:35:16 PM

My husband, my sister and I (all in our 60's) hstayed at the first floor apartment on Via degli Alfani for four days at the end of September 2010. the apartment was a 2 bedroom that had just been renovated. The location was absolutely ideal for walking around Florence. The Academia was just around the corner and the walk to the Duomo was less than 5 minutes. The area is very convenient: a trattoria at the corner, a laundromat half a block away, a wonderful bakery/sandwich shop across from the laundromat, a deli down the block and a fruit and veggie market also around the corner and down the block. The kitchen was great, everything was new and worked fine. Hot water on demand for great showers, etc. Although the bedrooms are quite small, the beds were comfortable and there was room for clothing in the cabinets and drawers in the hall outside the bedrooms. There was also a large patio outside the kitchen and living room which would be most useful in the summer. Lorenzo and Ana were very gracious and thoughtful. We had a little problem with the wi-fi at first, but Lorenzo came to fix it the next morning. All in all we highly recommend this apartment. Note: The stairs to the apartment may be a little difficult for frail seniors.

Sylvia Ehrenthal 10/6/2010 5:24:23 PM

Thank you Lorenzo! All the previous comments are outstanding and deserve to be. We stayed for a week end Aug, beginning Sept 2010 at Via Degli Alfani 59 #1 that was fantastic.

My sister and I has the pleasure of staying in Florence in the Porta Rossa apartment. Fantastic central location ... just steps away from the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery and right in the midst of serious shopping territory ... yet so quiet and safe. The apartment was prestine on arrival and had all the required amenities for a comfortable home away from home. The in-house reference material on how to use everything, places to go and important things to know about Florence was invaluable. Apartment was 3 floors up, but hey, climbing a few stairs is just what a girl needs after scoffing gelati!!! Nicco and the team were fantastic. Very helpful, briefed us thoroughly on the workings of the apartment. Overall, excellent customer service which was very much appreciated. Cannot recommend the team highly enough. Compared to other international apartmental rental companies, this one is great. Well done and thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will definitely be in contact when I return to Florence :):):)

Jane Steinkamp 10/11/2010 12:27:35 PM

My husband and I have just stayed in Mercato Centrale 27 for one month . The new renovated kitchen encouraged me to cook . The market just across the street was so convenient and after the 4 weeks I feel I made new friends with the vegetable, fruit, cheese, and meat vendors. The resturants downstairs had music often and there was always something to watch on the piazza. The apartment is in a great location close to everything in the old city and next to the San Lorenzo market which is always great to stroll through.
Lorenzo and his staff were very friendly and always able to answer questions and give advice.

My only suggestion would be to switch the living room and bedroom making it a bit more quiet at night and brighter druing the day .

We leave with sad eyes and already dreaming of returning someday soon .
Thanks for everything. Sandra and AL

Last summer I stayed in Firenze for 4 weeks in the apartment near Piazza Beccaria in Via Fra Angelico.. It was a spacious place and I felt at home immediately. All I needed was there, but I would strongly recommend an update for television and internet. The Santa Croce area is very nice and just 5 to 10 minutes walk. City buses come and go from Piazza Beccaria. Next time I will rent a bike, Firenze is lovely to explore by bike!
I would love to go back again and I will certainly ask Lorenzo again to find me a nice place!

Had a wonderful week at the Tosinghi apartment in the centre of Florence. Well equipped, smart, clean and spacious apartment - an excellent alternative to staying in a hotel.

The staff at Apartments Florence were also very professional and helpful during the booking process and at check-in and check-out.

Mansarda Apartment in Florence, Sept 25-Oct 1, 2010

In planning our first trip to Italy, we stumbled upon a website for Apartments Florence. Florence was our dream vacation destination so we included them in our list of contacts to find an apartment. I think we contacted 4 vacation rentals. It was Apartments Florence that we found the most inviting and helpful.

We had a wonderful week in the Mansarda Apartment. It is located right in the center of Florence. A block from the Santa Croce and pretty much a 10-15 minute walk to every other place...Duomo, Uffizi, Mercato Centrale, Ponte Vecchio, Academia. There was always something going on in the Piazza Santa Croce in the evenings as was in the Piazza della Signori. If looking for location, location, location, this apartment had it all!

The apartment itself is on the 4th floor (top) of an old building. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bath are very new and the bed was very comfortable. The room came with TV (which we never used) and air conditioner (which we never used). Late September was a wonderful time to visit.

The location is close to everything you need, restaurants, gelato, museums, cathedrals, super market, bakery, and the most charming locals.

Sally was our hostess from Apartments Florence and really made us feel welcome and helped orient us to the neighborhood.

We savored every moment in this beautiful city and having such a nice apartment to call home for the week made for a most wonderful time in Florence.

We will return and call upon Apartments Florence and will certainly recommend you to friends and family.

Buono Fortuna!

We have been to Florence recently and stayed for five days at Via delle Pinzochere 20, which is a very nice place, quiet, confortable and safe. We really felt at home, since the apartment was equipped with all that is needed for a house to work well. The location is great, close to Santa Crocce Church and to many other tourist attractions. In fact, we've gone everywhere by walking and enjoyed the city very much!!
Ana, Christine and Sally were all very pleasant and extremely kind and helpful. Everything works in a very professional manner.
Thank you very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one month stay at via maggio 34. The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located. There are a number of good local restaurants in the area. Also quite a few grocery, vegetable and fruit, wine stores and caffes, all within easy walking distance. We met Lorenzo and his staff. They were very helpful and accomodating. We had a great time and would love to return to Florence someday. We would definitely book with Apartments Florence again.

I am a single traveler and stayed at via delle Pinzochere apartment for one month. The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, spacious, and most of all comfortable. Sally checked me into the apartment and gave a thorough explanation of everything I needed to know about the apartment. Lorenzo and his staff were very hospitable which made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay at any apartment owned by Apartments Florence again. The location of this apartment was great because it was close to restaurants, all major sites in Florence. One word sums up my stay 'perfetto'.

Two friends and I stayed at the Mentana 6 apartment. It is a wonderful location, walking distance to all the important sights. We felt safe at all times and found everything needed close by. The apartment was spacious with simple but comfortable sleeping accommodations. We did have issues keeping the window covered and the mosquitos out, but there was a great cross-breeze through the windows. There was also a beautiful courtyard, a friendly and helpful hotel staff next door and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend this rental.

This summer I stayed in a wonderful one bedroom apartment (cod. ART00023Via delle Pinzochere) right next to Santa Croce. It was in the perfect location, right in the middle of Firenze, and had a great set up. I was there for four weeks, and ended up really loving the place. It was easy walking distance to the grocery store and to the market, good restaurants, the big tourist sites, but still quiet and lovely. Everyone at Apartments Florence was so helpful and welcoming. Next time I'm in Florence, I will definitely rent from them again.

My family and I leased an apartment in Settignano, a charming town 20 minutes outside of Florence. Our 6 week stay was wonderful! From the apartment we had amazing views of Florence and the Tuscan hillside landscaped with olive and fig trees. We enjoyed the tranquility of living in the countryside and the convenience of a short walk to the local square to take the bus to downtown Florence. The apartment was tastefully decorated and was equipped with all of the necessary amenities. The owner was kind and gracious. She even took me grocery shopping the first day. A special thank you to Niccolo for listening and exceeding all of our expectations. We were sad to leave, but are looking forward to our return!

-Tintori Terrace

I ended up staying in the Tintori Terrace apartment over the summer for 6 weeks and I had an amazing time! This apartment has two terraces with fantastic views of the city and also the country-side. It has everything your looking for when heading to Florence...its very private, spacious, comfortable, and clean. I would Highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested and would definitely give it a 5 star rating. As for the staff at Apartments Florence...they are exceptional! They made me feel extremely welcome and were also available to help if I had any questions. The property owner was also extremely helpful and accommodating as well. You will not be disappointed if you end up staying here.

Just want to say thank you to the team at Florence Apartments, especially Lorenzo and Nico. We booked an apartment for our arrival in Florence while we looked and finalised an apartment longer term for my daughter and her friend who are studying in Florence for the next few months. They were so helpful in finding something suitable for the girls at the right price, they even helped the girls move! In all we have experienced three apartments now in Florence through Florence Apartments they have all been clean and well equipped. The team listened to what we asked for, they seem to have a large supply of suitable apartments! They were also kind enough to help with useful tips about Florence - which markets to go to, restaurants etc. We will be contacting them again looking for another apartment early next year, I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone!!

I recently completed a month-long stay at the Via Lambertesca 16 apartment. Before I comment on the apartment, I'd like to express my thanks to Lorenzo and Sally who were very kind in helping with a situation that had nothing to do with the apartment but made my visit much more pleasant. There willingness to assist me is testimony to how they conduct business and I can assure all potential renters that you will be treated with respect and these folks are deserving of your trust. The apartment was very nice and after a while it really felt like home. It is centrally located and the large windows afford wonderful views. The washing machine and fast wifi were nice extras. I would definitely stay there again and if not there, any of the other apartments that are available. Florence is wonderful, you will enjoy it. Ci vediamo, Sally.

Enjoyed Via Pecori. Location fantastic. Apartment good but very small. Staff fabulous and owner very accommodating. Things to think about - carrying suitcases up and down 3 flights of stairs and then more stairs inside. SOME WINE GLASSES WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD.Only 1 shower so problematic with 4 persons.

My family spent six weeks at the Sdrucciolo Pitti apartment (cod. ART00077). We had a wonderful experience. The arrangements were very easy to make (thank you, Lorenzo and Christine!), the owner extremely accommodating and friendly, and the place itself absolutely lovely. The location was spectacular - we could see the Pitti Palace from our windows - yet the street was very quiet, and the neighborhood itself full of life and charm. The place was very nicely furnished and spacious, great for an entire family (we had two little kids with us), and very beautiful. If we ever come to Florence again, we would definitely stay there again.

Olga 11/30/2010 6:34:55 PM

I am staying in the Piazza Mentana 6 apartment at this moment. What a wonderful spot - so near the Arno and every other place in town. It has just a beautiful view of the courtyard, even in December. I only had a few days this time but will certainly try to return and stay longer next time. Everyone has been helpful and friendly throughout my planning and arrival.

Evelyn Popejoy 12/7/2010 8:00:30 PM

I spent three months this fall at the terrace apartment on Borgo degli Albizi #17 and loved it! For me, it was the ideal location, equidistant from the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Santa Croce and the Sant'Ambrogio market. The centro storico is a pedestrian area, so I rarely had to deal with traffic, and I was within a short walk to many food markets, caffé bars, gelaterie and ristoranti. I had to work online while in Florence, so the fast internet connection was essential, and being away from the street provided a quiet setting most of the time. Nico was great about helping me get settled and making sure I had what I needed. I especially liked the kitchen, with sunny rooms overlooking the terrace. And the terrace offered a lovely view of the hills east of Florence.

A few drawbacks: The apartment is quite small, so it's best for one person. The bed and furniture were adequate, though not very comfortable, and there was no desk, so I used a plastic table from the terrace to work on. The room near the terrace is drafty in cold weather, as the wooden door does not completely close. The bathroom is adequate, but needs updating. The water heater was not working when I first arrived, so there was no hot water and I had to use the shower in a nearby apartment for 6 days until it was fixed. However, the price for the apartment was reasonable, the location was exceptional, and I was very happy staying there. In fact, I would choose this apartment over many others that might be more roomy or comfortable. The staff at Apartments Florence was attentive to my needs and I enjoyed them all: Nicco, Lorenzo, Christine, Sally and Matthias. I highly recommend them!

Marybeth 12/19/2010 5:22:08 PM

My husband and I stayed at #16 Lambertesca for three nights in mid-December. The location was perfect - our longest walk was 15-20 minutes to the Palazzo Pitti, with everything else the same or closer. It's directly off the main road connecting Ponte Vecchio to Il Duomo.

The apartment was beautiful. The huge windows offered a view of San Minato al Monte, and there were some nice details (like the bathroom door) that we both really liked. The wireless internet was an added bonus.

There is an elevator but you will still have to take one flight of stairs up to reach the apartment and get that view! We also found the apartment could use a little touch-up work in regards to chipping paint and dusty furniture. The only real problem, however, was that the curtains did not close. With big windows and two sunny days in Florence, it got pretty warm. It worked out fine for us - we turned off the heat during the day - but for guests staying in the summertime, having useable curtains would be a must.

M. Taranta 12/29/2010 9:50:09 PM

Our group of 2 families stayed at Ghibellina. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for the 8 of us, and had everything we needed. Wifi was important for us, and that worked without a hitch. The location is good - there's a supermarket nearby, and the major attractions are all within easy walking distance. Lorenzo and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive.
Grazie, tutti!

Ian, Singapore 12/31/2010 11:18:31 AM

Our stay at Via Farine #1 was wonderful! The view of Piazza Signoria was a highlight. The convenient location and ability to access Florence and the train/bus station allowed us to experience the variety that Tuscany has to offer! Being centrally located put us steps from the major sites of the city.

Barbato Family 1/7/2011 7:00:53 PM

We paid our 4th visit to Florence this New Year - our 2nd visit arranged with Apartments Florence - and we had a wonderful apartment in Via Toscanella.
The weather at the time was extremely cold, and the apartment was rather cold to start with. However, Lorenzo contacted the owner, who called the same evening to alter the time-clock to suit our needs. As usual, we can't fault the service and attention.
As far as the apartment is concerned, the pictures are accurate. It really is that beautiful, but beware. I promised my youngest daughter that she could have the 4-poster bed, only to find out that I'd given away the en-suite bedroom!
It is on the 3rd floor, but there is a lift, so no problem there. WiFi was great, allowing all the Happy New Year wishes to be relayed home.
The location is perfect, about 4-5 minutes walk away from the Ponte Vecchio. A very good supermarket near the Ponte Vecchio with everything you could need.
Again, a fabulous apartment, with wonderful service from Lorenzo & his team. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Grazie!

Angela Sims 1/10/2011 10:16:02 PM

Our family of four (2 adult daughters and parents) stayed at the apartment on via Ghibellina 69 for a week around Christmas time. Despite many changes to our arrival time due to airport delays, we were warmly greeted by Mattias. He gave us a very thorough walkthrough of the apartment, pointing out how to use various appliances. Mattias also gave us some recommendations for shops in the area, and his recommendation for Dino, a restaurant down the street, was spot-on! It was one of the most delicious meals we had in Florence.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the on-site staff was extremely helpful. Lorenzo helped set-up a day-trip out to Tuscany, which our family enjoyed very much.

The hospitality and comfort of our stay was top notch, and we highly recommend this apartment and staff!

Yoko 1/12/2011 8:08:23 PM

Ciao!
My family and I stayed at Via dei Pecori 10 for five weeks during summer 2010, and the apartment--and the service--was absolutely perfect. The apartment was comfortable, beautiful, loaded with amenities, and is in a convenient location in city center. Plus, Lorenzo, Nicco, and the entire staff were as helpful as can be. We've booked with them twice now, and both times our month-long stays were totally trouble-free. We are very grateful for having found them. Amazing apartments, great people, wonderful experience! Grazie for helping to make our trips so perfect.

Chris Torockio 1/14/2011 5:52:04 AM

Our family of 4 had a most pleasant stay at #1 Farine on Piazza Signoria. The apartment was great and located close to most of the sights. Thanks to Nicco and Sally for looking after us so well.

Jack Graham 1/22/2011 1:08:44 AM

I stayed for a number of months at the Via Degli Alfani, 59 apartment and can not say enough about my wonderful experience! The apartment is on the third floor with windows overlooking the street and it was so fun to watch all the people walking by and listen to the sounds of the city. The apartment is literally around the corner from The Duomo, you couldn't find a better location. While the apartment is small, it is extremely comfortable with all of the features you require for an extended stay. A couple of times I had people stay with me and the fold out sofa is easy and fast to open and close as well as comfortable. Most importantly the company you will be renting from is always quick with a response to any problem, though in truth very few problems occurred! I recommend this apartment and this company and I for one am looking forward to staying here again...

ApartmentsFlorence is the best friend you can have if you’re looking to rent in this magic city. Lorenzo and his staff are thoroughly knowledgeable, highly efficient and unfailingly friendly. We’ve stayed in two different apartments in Via delle Pinzochere and both were excellent—centrally located, well-decorated, with modern facilities and able maid service. We’ve felt especially well taken care of because anything that needs fixing, gets fixed immediately. In 2012 we’re returning to Florence for the third time, and we wouldn’t think of renting from anyone but ApartmentsFlorence.

Anne Galin and Bill Veeder 3/2/2011 9:24:32 AM

In spring 2010 I stayed in Via delle Pinzochere and in autumn 2010 I returned to Florence to stay in an appartment near to the river, on Piazza Mentana. Both visits were amazing, both appartments in wonderful locations. Apartmentsflorence are an exceptional company. They truely look after their clients,in their service, quick response to problems which may arise and friendliness they are hard to match. They make you feel you have a friend in Florence. I am hoping to return to this amazing city at least once if not twice in 2011 and I will be asking Lorenzo, Nicco and Christine to advise me on which one of their appartments I should rent!

Beverley Gooding 3/5/2011 10:45:00 AM

We just had a lovely week in the apartment Via Faienza. The location is wonderful - around the corner from the Medici Chapel; two blocks from the Mercato Centrale and Mercato San Lorenzo. We walked everywhere. Trattoria da Guido, across the street from the front door is not only convenient but serves good food. You can purchase groceries at nearby markets. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it comfortable for four people. Internet always worked. Because it is an interior apartment there isn't a lot of light but neither is there noise.

The only minor problem we had is that the bedding from the laundry service didn't fit the beds and because we were the first tennants no one could tell us where to empty trash.

We would recommend this apartment to others and will definitely book through Apartments Florence again. Thank you Nicco, Lorenzo and Matias for making our travel experience seamless.

27 Via Sant'Antonino, San Lorenzo

We (two couples) stayed at 27 Via Sant'Antonino for one week in April. We were very much looking forward to a week in Florence before heading to Tuscany and loved the idea of an independent apartment rather than a hotel.
Simply put, the apartment is absolutely FANTASTIC. It was big enough that we each had our own space (bedrooms, bathrooms) and had cosy common areas like the kitchen and living room.
The most incredible feature is by far the terrace. Every afternoon we'd stop at the market (right next door!) and head home for an al fresco lunch before setting out again in the afternoon.
Lorenzo, Christine and Sally were very, very nice and extremely helpful. We also had the chance to meet the owner, who wanted to make sure that we were having the best possible stay.
I've only been back home a few days and I'm already looking forward to returning to Sant'Antonino (hopefully next year!). It was a wonderful experience!
Many thanks!

Just returned from our trip. We rented Alfani apartment and it was just perfect. I didn't know anything about Apartments Florence at first...just a random Internet search, but what a perfect find! Lorenzo and his team are great and there is no question I will stay in their apartments again. Alfani was perfect and we were very well taken care of. I highly highly recommend these guys. Awesome and thanks for a perfect stay. I will see u again soon and will tell everyone about Apartments Florence.

Via della Vigna Nuova apartment.

Sally received us with a warm reception and a lot of smiles. Very friendly.
Lorenzo and Nicco were very attentive giving us a sensation of safeness and support.

Excelent location, a cozy decoration and a very comfortable apartment. What else do I need?

I already recommended this apartment for a friend that will come soon to Italy.

I'm looking forward in returning to Florence/same apartment.

Thank you for the professional service. I appreciate this.

My wife and I enjoyed an amazing six weeks in Florence thanks to Lorenzo and the others at Apt.s Florence. The Via Malenchini apartment was spacious, and is well represented by the online pictures. The people of Apartments Florence are extremely friendly, and in fact, when after 4 weeks it was time for us to leave, my wife and I decided to stay an extra two weeks in florence. While our room had already been booked, Lorenzo worked with us to find an apartment and Sally even helped us move into it! They are really great, friendly people renting out very reasonable apartments in one of the world's lovliest cities. I highly recommend choosing an apartments florence property for your visit.

Dan 4/16/2011 11:05:52 PM

We stayed at Via degli Alfani two bedrooms apartment and we will recommend it to our friends. The view from the apartment is without doubt the best attraction of the apartment, especially at night.
During our stay we just had one litle problem wich was promptly resolved by the florence apartments team (we didn't have hot water on the first day).
I higly recommend this apartment the location is fantastic.

Isabel Silva (Portugal) 4/20/2011 4:42:42 PM

We stayed at the Studiolo apartment on Piazza Santa Croce, it was a very nice apartment, nice anique furniture, very clean and comfortable. the landlady was very sweet and gave us a couple of good restaurant tips. Everything was fine, it was quite noisy at night at times but of course the piazza is a popular location for night life and I think everywhere can be a bit noisy if you want to stay in the centre of town. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Via del Pignone in a 2 bedroom apartment in Florence. It was very nice and comfortable and well decorated. We had a married couple and one child. It would also suit one married couple and 2 children in the twin room. It is located on a quiet suburban street next to the Arno river and an easy 20 minute walk into the city along the banks of the river. Also there is a Tram Via station only 50 yards away which takes you to the Florence railway station. The representative who met us at the apartment spoke very good English and was most helpful.
We would highly recommend this apartment.

Nigel Spiers 4/28/2011 1:57:18 AM

The Via della Pinzochere apartment was truly a home away from home. I stayed there in April with my cousin and It was a cozy and fully functional. The location was great only a minute away from Santa Croce and less than 15 minutes from the Duomo. The only thing I would recommend would be an improvement on the leaky shower and some way to keep the mosquitos out. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location and the comfort that the apartment offered made the last leg of our trip perfect. I would recommend these apartments to anyone traveling to Florence.

S and C 5/1/2011 10:03:35 PM

I and my family stayed at the apartment located in Via Alloro 4 from September 25th to October 1st. It is a beautiful, well furnished apartment with a nice view and in a fabulous location near to everything and a short walk to the Duomo. The owner was very nice and helpful, especially when we locked our suitcase in the place upon leaving and he had to come let us in! The advance help and information was excellent and overall the experience was top notch and a great deal for the money. We definitely preferred staying in an apartment rather than a hotel: more relaxed, private and economical. Friends of ours were staying at a more expensive place and it wasn't as nice or nearly as well located. I would definitely stay there again if I'm lucky enough to return to beautiful Florence.

Lyn La Cava Ulbricht 5/2/2011 7:22:12 PM

My 6 friends and I stayed in the 2 bedroom Alfani 59 apartment April 14th - 18th, 2011. It was clean, spacious and had an excellent location! The owners were also very helpful to bring in an extra bed for us. Would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay there again!

We stayed in Via dei Velluti this time and the area is wonderful. Since we are frequent Florence visiters and have been living here as well for many years we know how difficult it can be to find a good place to stay. The flat is big and a perfect place for a great family or a group of friends. Since it is on the first floor it can be quite a humidity but thats how it is in Florence and you can prevent it with an antihumidity machine , candles or other..
We stayed for two and a half week and are sad to go home. Great service!

Signoria Apartment

My 6 weeks in the Signoria Apartment was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I had a front row seat to the best concert in the World!! I had the time of my life- I had a wonderful time! The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. The view was unbelievable! Falling asleep to music each night was a treat! Listening to the horses go by, all the different languages and to see all the different events take place on the piazza Della Signoria will be memories that will last forever! Apartment Florence was wonderful to work with and I am counting the days when I go back to Florence to visit. Thank you Apartment Florence for the beautiful Apartment and hospitality!!!

Susan Clark 5/9/2011 5:57:58 PM

Four of us stayed in the Via Pecori apartment for four nights and had a great experience. Great customer service, no trouble checking in and out. Wi-fi, dishwasher and washing machine worked, downstairs shower was perfect, apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Big windows with fantastic view, and the location can't be beat. Only minor issues: upstairs bath not useful for showering, no door on second bedroom, sinks let water splash out and apartment does require several stories of climbing stairs. But all minor issues, nothing important, and I would definately stay again and recommend to others!

David 5/12/2011 10:29:29 PM

My husband and I spent 8 days in unit 4/27 Via Sant Antonio and were very pleased with our stay. The apt. is large and comfortable with great living space. In particular the view from the roof terrace is stunning and the dining/kitchen and living area are excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious for an apt. One of the big advantages of apt. rental is being able to have your meals there and the Florence markets are just around the corner. Also, the location of the apt. is fabulous in that you can walk easily to the Piazza Signoria, Uffizzi, Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, as well as the Santa Croce and Santo Spirito areas. There was minimal noise from the street. In addition, the team of Lorenzo, Nicco, and the owner Michele were very helpful. We would definitely rent this apt. again on our return. We were particularly grateful for for the WIFI provided at no charge. It was a fabulous stay in Florence.

Alan and Kim Hicks 5/15/2011 1:44:05 PM

All four of us were abosuletly amazed by the service quality and genuine care shown by the friendly team of Florence Apartments. Piazza Mentana was also perfectly located, and the apartment could not have been better. Thank you all so much for everything!!!

we recently stayed in this apartment and were very impressed with absolutely everything, location, exceptionally clean. owners were extremely helpful with anything required. would certainly recommend this apartment without any doubt at all.
thank you so much for such a pleasant carefree stay in Florence

Nancy and Aldo 5/18/2011 5:30:00 AM

We stayed in Sant'Antonino in May and loved it. The two terraces were fabulous both for having dinner al fresco or for a glass of wine as the sun went down. Having a washer was fantastic and the kitchen was great. Would stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation! Michele, the owner, was nice and very helpful.

Renata 5/30/2011 4:40:25 AM

Having come to Florence for a long stay, I was looking for a place that felt more like home than hotel, and I was lucky enough to find the Mansarda apartment on via delle Pinzochere. Its bright bedroom and kitchen had everything I needed and Sally, Lorenzo, Christine, Niccolò and the rest of the team were great. The apartment was clean and lacked for nothing in the way of the practical, but amenities aside, little touches like the cheery yellow window frames, the welcome bottle of wine and – most importantly – the kindness of my hosts made it feel more like staying at the house of friends. Frankly, I didn't want to leave, and I certainly hope to go back. I came looking for a beautiful, convenient, central place - a tall order, I know - to have a creative writing holiday, and I found it. I (and my manuscript) were very happy! I recommend Apartments Florence most highly.

Review of Apartment ART00017 - 27 Piazza Mercato Centrale, Florence.
This 1 Bedroom Apartment is so Central and Modern.
The Apartment overlooks the Piazza, is a 10 minute walk to the main train station Firenze SMN and the owners are great hosts. The Apartment is very secure, upstairs to a very central Piazza with great atmosphere, fresh food markets and numerous trattoria. We loved it and will definitely stay in the Apartment when next in Florence. Tom and Jan, Newcastle, Australia

Re: Vinegia apartment. Awesome service, location and facilities impeccable. 4 adults in this apartment a ok! Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Chandele 6/6/2011 1:13:26 AM

My family of five rented this apartment for the month of May 2011. The location is excellent. There is no more than a 20 minute walk anywhere in the city, but also the unit is not overly noisy. The apartment is quite large by European standards and the two showers never ran out of hot water, even with five people.

If I am ever lucky enough to have the opportunity to return to Florence, I would happily rent this unit again.

Wesley Everett 6/9/2011 5:28:17 AM

We are an older couple and we rented No1 via Tosinghi for 6 days in early May 2011.
It is a beautiful apartment full of artworks and the location is the most convenient imaginable.
When the windows are closed there is hardly any noise ,but you should expect to have to do this to sleep,or use ear plugs. There is no traffic noise but it is a very busy pedestrian street and there are occasional revellers who wake you up.
We had no problem with this.So handy to all attractions and food and drink supplies (once you find them !) We were welcomed by Matthias, a friendly young man,and his tips were very useful. Highly recommended

Richard 6/21/2011 9:09:33 AM

Went to visit with a friend for 2 weeks this summer and am very happy with my stay. I've had some bad experiences when renting apartments abroad, but the staff at Apartments Florence were extremely helpful and accommodating. They were able to find us the perfect apartment just two days before we arrived and the value was definitely worth it. Will definitely be using them again!

Mica 6/25/2011 4:32:56 AM

Via Malenchini apt looks oldie but fully loaded with all modern equipment. Location is absolutely perfect. I was able to walk the whole city around. Company is very professional and treats you very well. We got lot's of local eating and other suggestions by the host. Personally, I prefer apartments instead hotel but in a city like Florence it wasn't easy to find a good one and this place was the best of my Italy trip. Would love to stay again in this place :)

Deepak 6/26/2011 9:52:10 PM

I stayed in the Melegnano apartment. It is a wonderful apartment. Very spacious, modern and has all the amenities one would need. The apartment is located very near the Cascine park, which was great because I could go for a good workout everyday. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the center without being too far. I have been to Florence many times and of all the apartments I have stayed in, I would say Melegnano is the best.

Allison 6/27/2011 6:18:57 AM

I'm just back from a 5 day stay in Florence. I stayed in the Melgnano Apartment. Although I was there with some work colleagues it struck me that it's a perfect location for my next visit, which will be a family trip. The apartment was clean, spacious and cool (all mod cons with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen). The location is perfect and its just a stroll to all the popular spots. It didn't hurt that it had an ATM right across the road which was used frequently by all of us :) Niccola,Christine and Cesare were a great help and we were looked after well. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Apartments Florence.

James Wogan 6/29/2011 4:32:14 PM

Just back from a 5 day stay in the Sant'Antonino apartment. Was travelling with friends and needed a place to "come home to" in Florence. This apartment is BEAUTIFUL!!! Spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, stunning bathrooms, and the best TWO terraces we could have imagined. The location is excellent, easy walking distance from the SMN train station and across the street from the Mercado Centrale. 10 minute walk to the Accademia and Duomo. Even closer to San Lorenzo and Medici Palace and Chapels. Michele, the owner of the apartment was very helpful and the consummate host. If I'm ever back in Florence I will book far in advance to make sure I get this place again.

Via Luca Giordano Apartment

My wife and I stayed two months at Via Luca Giordano in Florence. The service was excellent, starting from my booking with Christine, and follow-ups with Lorenzo and Matias. The apartment has a spectacular view from the 5th floor of the hillside town called Fiesole and surrounding area. Location is excellent for easy bus access and train station (Campo Di Marte is walking distance and Santa Maria Novella is a short hop on the 11, 17 or 20). A nice relief to have the bus stop in front of apartment after traveling. The apartment has metal shutters that helps keep the sun out and also buffers the trains heading south bound. If you are a very light sleeper you may find the freight trains a little noisey, but I would not let that stop you from renting this place as it has to many upsides (Location, SuperMarkets, Access, Modern Appliances & Internet, AC in all rooms, view, extra room and nice friendly neighborhood). Queen size (doppia matrimoniale) bed was surprisingly very comfortable and a fairly firm mattress on a spring metal frame.
Unit is very spacious, for two people was more like a home. Two bathroom sinks makes it easy for getting ready in the mornings, especially for my wife (that became her vanity room as it was separate room attached to the bathroom). You do need to be very careful when standing in the tub when taking a shower as the narrower tubs can cause a man with large feet (size 11.5 USA, 45-46 Italy) to loose balance--so be careful and aware! Water pressure was excellent.
Internet was fast and always up and running on a secured wireless modem. Satellite TV was nice for many foreign channels. Back balcony was nice, we put some Basil plants outsideand of course drying our clothes on the rack.
This unit is worth a serious consideration for a long or short stay. We plan to use ApartmentFlorence.it again next summer for sure!

Via Luca Giordano 7H Apartment

This unit is worth a serious consideration for a long or short stay.

We rented an apartment in Florence for one month that unfortunately, fell through due to reasons beyond anyone's control. Lorenzo and Sally worked tirelessly to find us a suitable alternative even though our trip was only a few weeks away. They had to go outside their agency to find us something comparable and even lobbied on our behalf to ensure our needs were provided for. We had a fantastic summer in Florence and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. Thank you Lorenzo and Sally!

I stayed at Via Laura, 10 apartment #2 for 6 months while I taught at a local school. The apartment was exactly what I sought -- modern, attractive, quiet and close to the center without being too in the thick of tourists. The apartment is also (now) well supplied with kitchen and bath accessories, which I contributed to the place. Drawbacks include many stairs to this top floor unit (but it is good exercise) and costly utility bills (but this is true for Italy generally), but the pros outweigh the cons at this loft with a view. The staff of Apartments Florence are outstanding in their quick responsiveness, helpfulness, friendliness and good humor. I would definitely rent from this organization again.

I stayed at Via Laura, a studio apartment perfect for one person or a couple. I very much enjoyed my time there. Via Laura is in the city center, walking distance to all of the attractions. It offers all the comforts you could need for your time in Florence whether it be one week or one month (I stayed a month). The unit itself is very private and safely located-you have to walk through a courtyard to get to your own separate entrance to the studio that is in the back of the building. The windows of the apartment look out onto this lovely courtyard, so nights are very quiet.
There is also a great gym right around the corner that offers month-long memberships-a real perk as gyms in Florence are few and far between.
I have stayed in Italy many times and regret to say i have not always had an easy time dealing with the business of renting a place to stay. Apartments Florence however is an exception. From the time of contacting them about accommodations up until the last day of my stay, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I really can't tell you how pleased I was overall. I will certainly be in touch with Apartments Florence the next time I am in town.

Our family of 5 stayed in #69 Via Ghibellini apartment from 7/5 - 7/13/2011. We had an excellent experience starting with correspondence with Christine and Lorenzo. When we arrived, Cesare was wonderful explaining everything and give us tips about where to go in the city for eating and entertainment etc. Our check out was handled beautifully by Matias!
The apartment is spacious enough for 5 adults and absolutely beautiful!! It is in a great location and being on the 1st floor was perfect for us!
The only suggestion we felt would make this apartment perfect was having 3 fans instead of 2 . It would keep the whole space cool enough as there is no AC. Also, the addition of a phone. If there was an emergency within the apartment there was no way to contact anyone for help.
We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
Hopefully, we will return to Florence soon! Ciao and Grazie!!

Stayed at Via Sant'Antonino #27. Great flat. Good location. The terrace is fantastic.

greg 7/28/2011 4:25:10 AM

Via San Antonio #27 - This apartment has the best views in Florence. Easy walk from main train/bus station, sights, and the market is at your doorstep to get fresh pasta, fruit/veg etc. It is comfortable and very clean, with wonderful bathrooms and water pressure, nice sheets and towels. It sleeps 6 (7 at a push on small sofa in the living room). I highly recommend this lovely bright apartment. Only thing to note for young children (under 4) and old people is the 80 steps up to the door and then glass stairs inside the flat - but the walk is worth the views and privacy. Worth it - I would stay again.

My husband and I and our three children stayed at the via degli Alfani two bedroom apartment. We stayed on the top floor with a BEAUTIFUL view of the duomo right outside our balcony. We have rented apartments in Italy and France but this one was outstanding. Immaculately clean, fully furnished, shampoos, soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent etc. The location was excellent right around the corner from the San Lorenzo market, the Accademia and the Duomo. We will defintely return to this gem.

Joanna D. 8/7/2011 4:52:11 PM

We stayed in the Via delgi Alfani 59 twp-bedroom apartment in July and it was perfect for our family--five people. It was very nicely remodeled, had a beautiful view of the Duomo, and was close to everything, with air-conditioning and wifi. Our plane was delayed, making our arrival a late one, but Cesare was available to check us in just after we reached Florence. We would highly recommend this apartment and the services provided by Apartments Florence.

Steve Ross 8/9/2011 5:21:56 AM

We are three 18 year old girls from Norway living in the Pinzochere 2SX apartment from late July to early August. Here is why we definately use Apartments Florence if we (hopefully) go back to the breathtaking Florence again:

*Apartments Florence had great service and 100% reliable staff. Although we were two hours delayed our contact person waited patiently for us in the apartment.

*The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped with towels, bedding and kitchen tools.

*The location and neighbourhood is PERFECT! Our street was quiet and safe, but only two minutes away was the beautiful Santa Croce church. If we walked five minutes the other way, Pizzauoli, serving the best margeritha pizza we have ever tasted was situated in a cozy street.

We highy recommend the Pinzochere apartment and Apartments Florence. They helped making our stay in beautiful Florence simply perfect. Thank you so much for having us!

hello all,
i recently stayed here with friends and loved, loved, loved this apartment! the location was great, easy walking distance to everywhere, but less crowded than a more central location. supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, bar all at our doorstep. the apartment itself was large, comfortable, accomodating...and we had 3 toddlers with us!!!!
i would definitely stay here again on my next trip back to florence!

September 2011. We just enjoyed a week-long stay in a fantastic apartment overlooking the Piazza Della Signoria. Upon arriving in Florence and calling the management office, we were promptly met and checked in. The staff at Apartments Florence were all very helpful and flexible. Our apartment logistics went very smoothly, we loved our flat and had a marvelous time in Florence. We strongly recommend Apartments Florence. They offer a great alternative to pricey hotels, and have a number of excellent locations to choose from.

Justin 10/9/2011 3:09:02 PM

We a group of 6 stayed at Via Malenchini 1 apartment 3b in September for 11 nights. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so getting your luggage up and down was a challenge but it was worth it. The apartment is large and bright with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It suited our needs perfectly. Its in an excellent location (less than a block from the Arno River between the Ponte Vecchio and the Ponte Grazie bridges). Its close to the Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. It was about a 20 minute walk to the train station or 2 blocks from the closest bus stop which could also take you there if you didn't want to walk.

The staff from Apartments Florence were very helpful and provided lots of useful information on the area. They were quick to meet us at the apartment when we arrived and check out was quick as well.

I would recommend this apartment (as long as you are able to climb the stairs) and would recommend Apartments Florence to anyone.

Carol Ann (Ontario Canada) 10/11/2011 9:38:00 PM

My wife and I stayed at the apartment on the via Alfani on the 4th floor that has a view of the dome of the Duomo. The view was tremendous and the living room and kitchen get the sun most of the day. Not that we spend much time in the apartment. The staff were friendly and helpful. The explanation we recieved when we moved it was very thorough. We enjoyed our stay and part of the reason for this was the staff of Apartments Florence. The apartment is close to many major attractions and very good local restaurants, which are not expensive. Close to the Lorenzo Market where you shop for your own food from brilliant food stalls selling all manner of food and wine.

Nigel Hooper 10/12/2011 7:19:03 AM

Vicolo del Canneto 2

A very nice and modern apartment located in an ideal location. A upscale grocery next door. One block from the Ponte Vecchio with a partial view to the Arno on right. During my 5 month stay, they changed the street affront of the building into a pedestrian zone, so the noise factor dramatically changed for the better, much to the chagrin of the locals whom once used Via de Bardi as a main motorway. The management company was very responsive to my requests. They were always on time for appointments. Recommended

John Finnegan 10/12/2011 1:01:52 PM

We stayed in the one bed flat on Via Malenchini for two nights in September 2011. Flat has one bedroom, a full sized kitchen, bathroom, and seperate living room with fold out bed. All rooms are good sizes and have AC. Flat is up about three flights of stairs mind.
Location is perfect, close to all the sights and on the river so easy to find your way back to. It also borders the eastern side of town which is less touristy and feels a little more real (in a good way) if you feel like you want to mix with the locals. A cab from the main railway station was about 10 euro though the distance is not far if you don't have much to carry (though it might be difficult to find the first time).
The people from the agency were very friendly, super thorough and spoke perfect English. They really were at pains to make our stay the best it could be.
If I make it back to Florence, I'd definitely stay here again. If you've got the budget, by all means stay at a fancy hotel. But if not, go for this place. Its everything you want!

Garth B 10/12/2011 2:39:10 PM

We stayed at the Piazza Mentana apartment for a long weekend and had a fabulous time. The location was incredible and the apartment really made the experience :-) The crockery and kettle could have done with a bit of an upgrade but it didn't detract from our stay. Would book again!

Helen Todd 10/19/2011 8:31:56 PM

We stayed at the Via Ghibelina apartment and loved everything about it, especially the location. It is in a very central location within walking distance to just about everything. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy. We couldn't have stayed in a better location.

Piazza Nerli 10
We were 2 retired couples who stayed for 2 weeks in this spacious and well-decorated apartment. Since we were the first renters for this apartment, there were some small inconveniences that I'm sure will be addressed for future renters. We were missing a coffee pot but one was immediately delivered upon request. There also was no microwave or toaster but we managed without them. The garden at the back was what attracted us to the apartment and it could be lovely but needs some work.
The location was great- we could walk to all the major attractions and to the train station and there were great restaurants within a block or two. There was a market outside our front door on Mon-Fri mornings which was interesting.
We enjoyed our stay here very much and miss it already. The staff of Apartments Florence were excellent- very personable and eager to help in any way.
All in all, a fabulous time in a wonderful city.

Heather Jesson 10/29/2011 12:35:41 AM

We stayed at the 20 Pinzochere apartments 1DX, just about one block from Santa Croche. We arrived in Italy very late on a Saturday evening and due to a misunderstanding, the Taxi that we took at the Florence airport dropped us off about 700 meters from the apartment. Although it was almost midnight, Gian Marco patiently directed us to 1DX where he waited to welcome us and to show us how things work in the apartment. Thanks for your patience! Coming from the United States (North Carolina) we are spoiled by large houses and apartments and thought that it would be difficult to stay in a small apartment for one week. To our surprise, the apartment exceeded our expectations – the apartment was very comfortable, within walking distance from all the museums and attractions. Although in a quiet street, it was near restaurants, grocery stores and nicely furnished. The kitchen had the necessary cookware, and appliances. Lorenzo, Christine and Nicolo were extremely helpful while we searched for an apartment and gave us objective advice for choosing one. We had no issues with the apartment and had a wonderful vacation – one week is just too short to really discover Florence and Tuscany. You can rely on this team to provide you with a memorable vacation experience.

Via Pignone 28
In a fairly quiet location, this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is across the Arno River from the city, but only a 2-minute walk to the tram station, with trams arriving every 4 or 5 minutes.
The main bedroom was huge, with king-size bed & a walk-in wardrobe. Second bedroom also very good. Comfortable and spacious loungeroom. Eat-in kitchen had welcoming bottle of red wine - a nice touch! Items like detergent and washing powder, salt, oil and vinegars were already in the apartment, which saved having to buy for a 7 night stay.
From booking over 12 months in advance to arrival, on-line communication with Apartments Florence was efficient and friendly. Checkin and checkout handled pleasantly by charming young men.
Only down-side was no nearby restaurants, but again the tram across the river came in handy. A large supermarket was a 10 minute walk away.
One small negative was no English channels on the TV. The apartment was more like a home which was comfortable to return to after a hard day's sightseeing.

Via Ghibellina, 69
We stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment for a week and it was wonderful. Very nice large apartment in a perfect location. It is ideal for two couples. Everything is close including the market and good restaurants. You can walk to all major attractions.

Check-in and check-out was a VERY good experience. They are very professional, accommodating, and friendly. They gave us a lot of recommendations and we especially loved the recommendation to see the sunset at Piazelle Michelangelo.

Via Malenchini, 1 (3b) - Oct20-26
We stayed 5 days in this 3br apartment. Checking in and out was a pleasant experience. Staff were there when we arrived and since we were departing in early morning they accommodated by checking out night before. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Shower was tiny and hose had a leak but wasn't a big deal. I'm sure it's corrected by now. WiFi was fine. I'd recommend apartments Florence to my friends

Dick Grilli 11/3/2011 10:56:12 PM

I stayed at Via Malenchini 3 bedroom apartment Oct 2011. The location was excellent, the cost was extremely reasonable, & it was quiet. The apartment was clean and well maintained. There are several flights of stairs to climb which is a great way to work off the gelato. The only problem were the mosquitoes which was remedied with keeping the windows closed and using the provided plug in repellents. It may have been due to the time when we were. visiting. Staff were very friendly, and knowledgable. Would use this company again for a future visit.

Teresa 11/7/2011 10:16:19 AM

We stayed 2 Weeks in the big apartment in via Laura 10.
The flat was great , big enough for two adults and a 7 years child.
It had everything we needed and the location was perfect, just 10 minutes walking from the cathedral. the best thing was the view over the cathedral , the city and the countryside;in fact it is located on the 4th floor . The worst thing were the stairs we had to do several times a day, because there is not a lift in the building, but after a couple of day we got used to them! We recommend it also because it is new with a big and comfortable kitchen and a wonderful bad. It has also an internet connection.

Cattaneo Alberto 11/7/2011 5:25:51 PM

My wife and I spent one week at the San Lorenzo apartment. Everything was perfect (except the dishwasher, which was not working). The views of the roofs of Florence, the Duomo and the bells of San Lorenzo were spectacular! The apartment was big enough for 2 couples, with a large bedroom, separete living room with sofabed, 2 bathrooms, big kitchen and lots of storage space, in two modern and newly renovated floors. It was worthy going up 3 floors (without lift) to reach it. After all, we hat do loose weight after so much food at ZaZa, a nearby trattoria. We specially thank Gian Marco, the bright concierge from Apartments Florence, who kindly helped us in everything.

Alexandre Libonati 11/15/2011 2:16:56 PM

#1 Piazza San Lorenzo
This was our second trip to Florence and we couldn't be happier with the apartment we rented. Christine and Cesare were most helpful in setting things up and Luigi was most gracious when we met at the apartment. Very professional all around. The apartment was fabulous, even without an elevator. The views of the Medici Dome from our bedroom window and the view of the Tuscan hillside from the rear were a real treat. The central market was so close for all of our food. The apartment was very clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.
Ciao!

Our family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children aged 17,15,13 and 10 stayed in the San'Antonino apartment for 1 week. We loved everything about it. It was a spacious, well laid out and well equipped apartment with a great location, very central and very quiet. It has 2 amazing roof terraces also with wonderful views. It was trouble free from beginning to end. We were met at the bus station at 2.00am as our flight was delayed! We had excellent email communication from both ApartmentFlorence and the owners at all times and would not hesitate to recommend this company and this apartment to anyone

Fiona 11/15/2011 6:49:42 PM

Overall, our stay at the apartment on Via Pecori was quite wonderful. The location is superb, and the apartment was very comfortable. Yes, the bathroom "waterfall" faucets are a bit unwieldy (water goes everywhere), and the dining area furniture is a bit large for the space, but those are minor things. The beds were comfortable, which is a real plus, and the kitchen, though small, was well equipped. The one thing that would make a huge improvement would be the hanging of some pictures on the walls in the living room. That would go a long way to make that area even more appealing. Your company was easy to work with, and we would definitely use you again on our next trip to Florence. Grazie for helping make our time in Florence so enjoyable!

Rick Goodwin 11/16/2011 2:48:45 AM

Excellent experience at Via Pecori 10 in July 2011. Wonderful folks at Apartments Florence, and we'll definitely start our next accommodation search in Florence with these great people. The only caution about this particular apartment is that you need to be in good shape, as it is on the 4th floor (no elevator). Just look at some of the other options available through this trustworthy firm. Grazie for a beautiful week in Florence.

Greg from Canada 11/16/2011 4:40:08 AM

I recently stayed at a wonderful apartment on Via della Vigna Nuova for two months. Every day was a pleasure at this home away from home. I hope to return some day.

Steven Ye 11/18/2011 5:49:59 PM

I stayed with my husband and another couple at Via Pecori in October 2011, and it was great. The location is fantastic. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make ourselves a few meals. The second bedroom doesn't have a door on it, so it's not quite as private as we would have liked, but would be a good set up if you're traveling with kids. Apartments Florence is a trustworthy company, and I would definitely use them again.

Annalee 11/19/2011 6:17:57 PM

We rented an apartment in via Alfani for 2 days in early November and really enjoyed it. The apartment was in a great position, the company were helpful in trying to get the heating turned up for us and apart from a bathroom door that was difficult to open we thought the apartment was a perfect launch pad from which to see Florence - although at that time if year (November) the sitting room could have done with a rug or two to make it a bit more cosy and a bedside table in the second bedroom would help. But those are minor tweaks to an otherwise great find.

Elizabeth Orange 11/21/2011 4:05:56 PM

We loved Via Tosinghi while in Florence. It was in the most absolute incredible location! The apartment was comfy and large enough for 3 people. We felt right at home. The only drawback was that you could hear everyone partying late in the night from the busy street below. The bathroom was small compared to American standards, but it all was well worth it to be in the center of it all.

Grazie!
Apartment Florence staff are efficient, patient(!) and very kind!
Thank you for a wonderful holiday visit this December 2011 for our family of four.
A tip for anyone arriving to Florence by car- you can park for less by month (€50) at http://www.firenzeparcheggi.it/index.php?id=51
(This underground parking garage is located at Stazione Leopalda near the city gate or porto- Porto al Prato) than by day rate (most places are €20 per day). Be sure to park, retain your ticket than return to the attendant in person on either Friday or Monday 8am-2pm only to adjust your rate- after you have changed to your monthly pass you have 30 days of in and out privileges. Taxis are right there to take you to the apartment for about €10. (we paid about €80 for all parking and taxis rather than €140 for 7 days of parking alone)
Via de Pecori was completely delightful for our family and the events/sights we planned. We traveled with a senior (70 yrs) so we took the stairs slowly and our 20 yr old carried the groceries. lol!
The apartment was beautifully decorated for the holidays. More comfortable than the photos looked on line!
We loved - two bathrooms/ dish washer/ clothes washer&drier in one/ fridge/ freezer/extra towels and spotless clean!
Grazie Mille.

Jill Wyness 1/14/2012 7:16:09 PM

Grazie mille for a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as was pictured with every thing we could possibly need, in a great location. We greatly appreciated the kind and consistent attention in making sure we were comfortable.

I will be back and would highly recomend it to any close friends.

Andrea Hillebrand 1/29/2012 2:17:35 PM

We recently stayed in Via Malenchini #3. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. We needed sheets for the sofa bed, and they were delivered within hours of the request. The apartment has a terrific location - very close to Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi, etc. One small warning - it is in the old part of the city so driving is restricted, but we did manage to find a parking station about 20 minutes walk from the apartment at a reasonable daily rate. There are also some fabulous restaurants all within a 5 - 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Allan 2/2/2012 9:53:26 PM

My family of five stayed in Via Pignone, Oltrarno 2b/2ba. We were very grateful to have stayed here for two nights at the end of December. We chose this apartment primarily because of how incredibly spacious it was and that it allowed us to park our rental car for free on a nearby street safely. Although the apartment is not directly in the centre of the city, it was only about a 25 minute walk to the Duomo. There is a fabulous nearby pasticceria we discovered on the Via del Ponte Sospeso, where we bought delicious pastries and hot chocolate for breakfast each morning. The space was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all basic amenities provided. Our only complaints would be that the apartment was very cold when we first arrived and it took quite a long time to for it to heat up. We also had minor issues with the hot water and the electricity the first night, although we were warned of this when we checked in. The second night we had no problems whatsoever. Overall, the location and size of the apartment were unbeatable for us and we had a very pleasant stay.

Hilary 2/4/2012 3:43:28 PM

We stayed at the Via Laura. It was not my first choice, because in other years we were in Malenchini, a very good apartment, but this was not available during the period when we were traveling. The apartment Via Laura was a pleasant surprise. The space is well used and well equipped. You must know that you're on the fourth floor, which can be a problem for some. It was not for us. The place is very calm and quiet, near the center (the cupola of the Duomo can be seen in the room), bright and receives the sun, which in winter is very pleasant.

Gilberto Corso 2/22/2012 11:43:48 AM

We stayed in the Sant'Antonino apartment and couldn't have been happier with it. The location is awesome- just a few steps from the Mercato Centrale and the markets around San Lorenzo. The apartment is up 5 steep flights of stairs, but that was more than compensated for by the fantastic views from all of the windows, as well as the roof top deck and the lower terrace. The owner greeted us and gave us a good orientation to the apt. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience - highly recommended!

John Lynch 3/18/2012 4:53:21 PM

We enjoyed our stay at Christina apt on Degli Albizi and the staff of Apt Florence were all delighful. This apartment is rather unusual in layout but wonderfully situated near everything. It was warm and comfortable even in a very cold spell in Febuary.

chris and janet 3/19/2012 7:44:16 PM

I stayed in the Christina Apt with my son for 5 days before Easter. We were greeted at arrival by a very nice young man who showed us everything. The Apt was perfect, great location, clean, quiet and working Internet. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return anytime.

Michael D 4/11/2012 3:40:41 PM

We stayed three months at Melegnano 6 and enjoyed every moment in our adopted city. The staff at Apartments Florence is superb and went out of their way to solve a last minute problem with the apartment we originally leased. This three bedroom apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Minor glitches were addressed as they were reported. I would suggest that the kitchen be furnished with a microwave. We purchased several items necessary for cooking on a long-term basis. The apartment is described as being silent, and is anything but silent. It is located on a BUSY intersection, and pedestrian traffic is loud 24 hours a day. We ran a fan and eventually were able to sleep. We would lease this apartment again, and I highly recommend it because of its proximity to everything in Florence. Thanks to Apartments Florence for a truly enjoyable stay in Florence.

David and Eva Goodrich 4/15/2012 10:44:48 PM

My husband and I just spent a month in the Piazza Mentana 6 and enjoyed it very much. We loved the location near the Arno and Santa Croce. It was quiet and except for the chirping birds and chiming church bells, both of which we loved to hear!
Caesar was very helpful when we checked in and out and Gian Marco was very helpful on the phone when we asked about having a package delivered.

My friend and I recently stayed at Via Pinzochere 20 and we really enjoyed our visit. The apartment is small and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and friendly...they will give you great advice during your stay. The apartment is well placed in the city, and you are within walking distance to many of the best sites. I wouldn't recommend staying in the back bedroom if you are a light sleeper, my friend had some difficulty with the noise on the street late at night.
The apartment is an excellent value and really cozy.

We stayed at Apartement Santo Spirito for nine days in May 2012. The apartment was very comfortable, with lots of homey touches. The location is great. It's very quiet (quite a change from noisy, busy central Florence).

Staff from Apartments Florence were gracious and helpful.

We had a great time.
