Catching some culture in Florence…
St. Mark’s Anglican Church, located in Via Maggio near the Pitti Palace and the basilica of Santo Spirito, is a lovely church where you can not only find masses in English as well as beautiful art. But you can also enjoy classic Italian Operas performed throughout the year.
The talented crew of actors is in its 7th season of delighting Florentines and visitors alike with classic operas such as Carmen, Tosca, The Marriage of Figaro and many more. It is a fantastic way to spend an evening and with tickets from 30 Euros or less, you can’t get Italian entertainment any better!
