Italy is special for many reasons. The history, art, food, wine, language and people make it one of the world’s top destinations year after year. Yet there are particular qualities of Italy and Italians that can be seen as being both positive and negative attributes. The easy-going attitude of Italians is one reason why we love the culture, but is also why we do not always understand the methods of operating and getting things done. They generally run on their own time schedule and allow a lot of leeway in terms of promptness, customer service and definition of quality. Public transportation can often be canceled or delayed, shops close for months at a time (namely August) for people to go on vacation, and when home repairs need to be made, the job depends on the schedule and mercy of the repairman.
This is why we are taking our dedication to customer service and quality one step further by offering you the option of AP Plus. With this service, we extend our normal services to include extended hours of availability in case of emergency, plus additional assistance to solve problems that may occur during your trip including, contacting local doctors, dentists, lawyers, technology specialists, babysitters, and repair people. We also offer added extras at check in such as stocking your fridge and offering an additional welcome gift. AP Plus is available for an additional fee, customizable meet your needs.
