For a limited time, Apartments Florence would like to offer you NO CLEANING FEES on all new bookings on all apartments. Don’t worry about how many people in your party and how long you stay, Apartments Florence will waive all cleaning fees associated with a new booking.
We want to make sure there are no surprises with us during your booking process and during your stay. This is why we want to give you one price and one price only.
Please note - As always, all bookings require a security deposit and the consideration of utilities. The security deposit is required when you enter a rental property to protect the owner from potential damages to the apartment itself and its belongings. This is collected at check in and returned upon review at check out. Utilities consider the amount of electricity, gas and water you consume while in the apartment. Don’t worry – for stays under one month, we will waive all utilities up to the natural consumption rate of 25 Euros/week, plus we can show you how to keep track of your consumption so you know exactly what you’re using. For stays over one month, they are tracked and paid on a monthly basis. Again - no surprises. Please do be cautious not only for bills, but to help save and conserve energy, to be mindful your use of air conditioning during the summer and heat during the winter to make sure we are all doing our part to stay GREEN!
