Staying in the heart of Tuscany in a villa or guest house can often offer families or couples a nice option for staying in Italy for an extended period of time. If you’re looking for quiet and relaxation with the option of visiting Florence and surrounding towns, this might be just the thing for you.

This loft is only 2km from Poggibonsi – a picturesque Tuscan village in the heart of Chianti wine country, only a short bus ride from San Gimignano and Colle di Val d’Elsa, and easily accessible to Florence and Siena (within 30 minutes each) on the train.
This beautiful and charming apartment is full of character with exposed wooden beams and bricks remaining after being restored from an old woodshed. It has a private entrance and garden area allowing you plenty of quiet and privacy.
The loft is 75 square meters divided into two floors. On the first floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathtub. There is a kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine. The master bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed with a large wardrobe for clothing and storage. The house has gas heating with thermostats throughout and allows the house to be heated very quickly.
