The bedrooms are located on the first level. The master bedroom, overlooking a peaceful courtyard, features a double-size bed and a wonderful en-suite bathroom. Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed this property. We highly recommend it and plan to stay there again.
The apartment is located on a quiet, no auto traffic street smack in the middle of the marketplace. It is a 5 minute walk to the Duomo square, a 10 minute walk to the main/Uffizi square, and a 10 minute walk to the main train station. In addition there is a terrific restaurant (Trattoria Palle d' Ord) and an excellent wine store on either side of the apartment's entry door. Also there is a supermarket two blocks over (5 minute walk).
The apartment met all expectations and was exactly as presented on the VRBO site. It was clean and comfortable...excellent value for the money. The terrace overlooking the the marketplace and the Duomo was spectacular. We enjoyed the view at breakfast, for happy hour, and then post dinner.
The concierge team at Apartments Florence is first class, responsive, and very helpful (Thanks Francesco!).

Excellent apartment. The view from the rooftop terrace spectacular. Watched Florence wake up and go to sleep every day with a coffee or wine. Close to absolutely everything. Walking distance from the train station. Would come back in a heart beat.

This is a nice apartment right in downtown Firenza with great views! An explanation of how to operate the unusual doors to the decks would have been helpful as we all thought they were broken - and one of us that stayed there is a master carpenter!
28/10/2017 - Great place to stay in a wonderful city
Enjoyed our time in this apartment. As others have said there are 5 flights of stairs but we didn't mind. Location is excellent and within walking distance to just about everything. Nice safe,secure location. The apartment was clean,although the couches upstairs had some stains on them. This didn't bother us as we didn't use this area and sat outside on the 2 balconies. Bedrooms were nice size and very clean and comfortable. We loved our time in Florence and would gladly stay in this apartment again.
